Disappointing staff and service
Even though we were slightly bugged that we couldn't check in earlier than the arranged time, we were more than willing to wait until then, because there was more than enough space for us to rest after all the travelling we did. The staff was rude when we asked again in a couple of hours later and told us to leave the hotel and see the city without knowledge of our conditions. When we finally got the room, it was not ready. The room was still messy from the previous users. She told us previously quote, unquote, the room is not ready until the check in time. We then had to wait for them to clean the room way past the check in time. We got up to the room. The lift was miniature, note to people with big luggage. There is no fridge in the room.
The location, however, is accessible. The metro station is nearby. As long as it's not too late, the security there is acceptable. The wifi is stable as well.
