Great stay for a great price!

Great stay even through a tornado! The beds are a little too firm for my liking, but the pillows make up for it. The key card system needs to be upgraded, we had issues with our cards twice during a one night stay due to them being put "too close" to our cellphones. Stayed other places and I've had the key cards in the same pocket as my cell and NEVER had issues, but when we stay at red roof, we always have issues. Property isn't in perfect shape, but good for the price. We were on the top floor, so that was nice to not have noise above us. Would definitely stay again!

Very satisfied customer

Excellent every time I stay there, friendly, always clean, consistently. They always remember you and help you any way they can. I love the place and so does my dog. I never have to worry if it’s gonna be clean, if the tv works. It’s just one of those places you can count on every time you stay there.

Happy consistent customer

Whenever I am going from Atlanta to Ohio I always stop at this Red Roof in London Ky. It’s always very clean and the Owner and staff are always friendly and they remember me. It’s an excellent pet friendly hotel, I stay there even when I don’t have my dog with me. I always recommend it to my friends and family that are traveling back and forth. It’s always clean and nice, been staying there for least 7 years and always the same.

Breakfast is very basic. We were told they have no proteins (no meats, only carbs) only gravy, waffles and cereal. Shower head only on one setting (jet). I chose the hotel because I wanted a pool and it showed that they had an indoor. Unfortunately the water was freezing cold and so was the room that the pool was in.

Great Value and Easy Access--a Hidden Gem

Location is very convenient to I-75 and endless shopping and restaurants. Hotel is pet friendly with a huge area for pet exercise. Staff is amazingly attentive and pleasant to work with. Hotel is recently remodeled and rooms are large, clean and in great working order.

Rude service

It was the worst experience that we ever had. My family and I left at 7:30 pm on March 15th. We did not even stay at this motel. We were cursed at by the desk clerk over trying to ask why the pool was like ice water when it was an indoor pool. She was rude with our children did not want to help us at all did not even want to talk to us, she was rude with us from the beginning of her shift and it led me to believe that she was prejudice against us or all she wanted to do was sit behind that desk and do nothing. She is not a people person. She would not check us out and it was the same evening that we arrived, said we would have to get general manager to do it, got a hold of him and he said he took us out of the system but it still took our money for both nights when we were not even there but 4 1/2 hours total. Had her to call the police and we had them to confirm that our room was in good condition and that we were leaving and they did not blame us, she hung up on them three times being rude. We will never stay there again and will not recommend anyone else to stay there.

Great stay!

Hotel easy access off the highway. Rooms are basic but very clean. Had a working fridge and microwave. Check in was a breeze and all staff were very friendly. Only had a bagel and coffee from the breakfast bar but everything looked fresh. Would stay here again.

Stopped here to not drive in bad weather. Staff inquired about pet allergies before assigning a room as it is a pet friendly hotel and I was with an infant. I am allergic to dogs so I was thankful for that extra attention. I would recommend this hotel.

Clean property and friendly staff. Pool heater was not working or on during our stay so little one was disappointed it was too cold to swim. No coffee pot or hair dryer in room. Breakfast could use some protein like eggs or meat. Very clean and good service especially for the price. Have stayed here twice. Would do again for the price.
