This hotel is dirty and run down. There is no hot tub as advertised online. The breakfast bar was out of creamer for coffee for my entire 5 day stay, I had to buy some from the grocery store. Housekeeping didn’t fill our bathroom amenities, would not stay here again. However, Joseph at the front desk was very friendly.

Nice Hotel but needs room maintenance.
Staff was wonderful but Hotel itself could use some maintenance. Pictures online look awesome and Lobby is great but once you go into the hotel and rooms not so much. Looks like they did cosmetic updates instead of actual updates. We checked into our room and had to ask for a different room due to mold all around tub. Floor tile grout was missing and loose also. We were put into another room with a cleaner bathroom that had a stand up shower instead of a tub. Bathrooms need maintenance. Rear of hotel backs up to a business that was right outside our window this morning with noise and employees working outside the windows, had to keep shades shut. Could really be nice if they would clean and update the rooms.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff seemed unenthused, not caring or wanting to give extra attention to items asked for like extra towels. Room a/c was working but heater was turned on and had to go back off made room smell like a bonfire. Continental breakfast was horrible dried out bread tasted stale. No cream cheese for a bagel had to use butter or honey. Overall I wish we picked a different hotel the pool hadn't been inspected since 6-2019 and you could definitely tell. Pool bathroom toilet wasn't even sealed to floor, the amount of masking tape throughout the hallway walls covering holes was excessive. Need to lower your cost for the appearance of the place and the service given I see why the staff is all new one a month new other said three months.

Fire alarms every night
The first night the fire alarm went off at 5:15am and we all had to evacuate. The next nights 2 out of the 3 nights the alarm went off with a short blast in the middle of the night. Will be staying somewhere else the next time we stay in Marysville. Not worth having the alarm go off no matter how nice the place was.

Outdated and Uncomfortable
Very outdated :(. Door didn’t shut completely to the room. Lumpy hard worn out beds. Towels were stained. Broken wall rack for clothes. Unsanitary broken and extremely stained chair. The pool did not have a running filter system. Terrible breakfast and coffee. Could not wait to check out in the morning.

Find another hotel.
The first room I was given..... the door wouldn't latch. So, I asked for another room. It took maybe 10 minutes for the front desk person to find a room; my guess is that many are in rough shape and she was likely trying to find the best option. This room was ok, but seemed dirty and extremely dated. The door latched though. The towels seemed gray. And the sheets didn't feel clean. I also tried to use the business center to print something for work. The computer was not even connected to the printer. When I asked for paper for the printer, the front desk person had to scrounge scrap paper which had already been printed on one side. It didn't matter because no one could help me connect the printer to the computer.

The toilet in the bathroom would not flush and drain properly. Called the front desk, there was nothing they could do about it. Could not switch us rooms. We had to go to the lobby to is the restroom at times. We couldn’t use the toilet.

The staff was nice when they arrived. We waited two hours to be checked into our room. You read that right…TWO hours. The lady that finally checked us in was very nice. We asked if someone was going to be at the hotel throughout the night and she stated there would be. We had zero issues with the hotel after that. We are waiting for the property to refund some sort of monetary value for us waiting two hours to be checked in.
For all of the haters, we couldn’t switch hotels because we were told by Hilton (brand owner) that the decision is up to the property. Well, the property has limited staff and zero management now.

Waited almost 2 hours to get checked and still didn’t get checked in left called several times. No answer didn’t check in until 11 pm because I wasn’t able to until then.

The A/C wasnt working and felt warm when we walked into the room. We went to the pool thinking it would cool down while we were swimming. It didnt. We called down and they didnt have any other rooms available to switch us to. They did find us a fan that helped a little.
Other things wrong? Let me list the other things that were below par...
Two bath towels for a room that is supposed to sleep 5, we had a party of 4.
2 towels in the indoor pool area. There were about 15 people in the pool at the time and not enough towels.
Limited channels to watch on the television
The iced water dispenser in the lobby was empty other than ice at 10am.
The breakfast? Wow! In the bakery section was 2 mini muffins, a few pieces of white and wheat bread.
No juice at all. The dispenser had a sign on it letting guests know it didnt work.
The cereal section was minimal at best and very limited amounts. The milk was in a small pitcher which was for the cereal and drinks.
The hot water for tea was barely warm.
Fruit? 2 apples were out. That is it.
We were at breakfast 9am. Peak time and not much of a buffet. We were very disappointed. I literally have never seen a buffet this poor. I have to say I expected more from a Hampton Inn.
One last thing, when I went to dry my hair, the blow dryer provided, didnt work properly. Thank goodness I didnt have to dry more than my bangs.
I did tell the woman at the desk when we checked out of all the issues she would have the manager call me. Nothing
