On the Second Night of Teacher Christmas Break
When checking in we were greeted by a friendly front staff, even though you could tell he was extremely busy. The lobby was full of families with little children (don't get me wrong I love kids but I am a teacher and it was Christmas break). I asked if we could have a room away from children. He just smiled. He did amazing as we heard nothing but the traffic from the freeway (we turned the fan on and that solved that problem). Breakfast was good. Hot tub could use a cleaning and new jets.

Very nice and budget friendly

Great breakfast
Our family stayed the night as we were flying out the next morning. It was a good hotel. The continental breakfast was delicious 😋 the beds were ok. We are a family of five so we needed the extra bed which was a trundle bed under the couch. The bed was springy and was not comfortable at all. Staying more than one night with the trundle bed would have been challenging as my daughter did not get good sleep. The bathroom could use a fan as a lot of moisture builds up in the shower room. We would stay again for a one nighter as it was close to the airport, great breakfast and overall clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This was my first time in Minnesota and just because if the friendly, outstanding customer service my family and I received from this hotel. I will make this my go to hotel for my future trips. We arrived at about 8:30am on Saturday Sept 28 and the most accommodating lady with a great sense of humor made us feel welcomed,I want to say her name was Linda but I may be wrong and I apologize if I got her name wrong. Throughout my stay from the front desk to the housekeeping was EXCELLENT! Everyone speaks and smiles and I loved that! The room was just what my family needed with enough space and clean. I don't have not 1 complaint about my stay or trip period! On my last night we met Moody and he had outstanding customer service as well and went the extra mile to get our luggage out on FREE SHUTTLE to airport (plus FREE SHUTTLE I think within 5 miles radius). THANK YOU FOR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! EVERYONE THAT WORKED THE WEEKEND NEEDS A RAISE 🤑Till next time🙋‍♀️
