I'm not sure how this hotel can still bear the name of the quality inn franchise. There were mismatched tiles in the bathroom in an attempt to make a repair. The carpet had not been vacuumed and there was a bag with some dirty socks left from the previous guest. The room did not match the photograph of the lobby. I felt like I was revisiting 1987 when I stepped into my room. I completely understand being frugal however this room was in disrepair and it looked cheap. I was disappointed and I actually expect better from this franchise as I have stayed in hotels bearing this name and they were lovely.

Bad experience
The room was filthy. The TV stand was broken so you had to watch the TV at an angle. I ordered a suite room, big enough for my family and ended up with a two double bed room with two chairs in it. It’s not anything like the description on the website. The beds are very hard. It was an overall unpleasant stay.

Misrepresented, dirty disaster!!
The pictures shown on the website did not in anyway look like the room we were given. The sofa had cigarette burns, shower floor was stained and dirty. The paint job literally looked like elementary children did it. The carpets had rips in them, and there were several patched holes in the wall. Our door had wide gaps where the deadbolt would not even engage. Our ice bucket had not been cleaned out and it had the last person tobacco in it, it is supposed to be a non smoking room! We paid way to much for a place were me and my daughter felt dirty and unsafe.

Never again
The quality of this hotel is definitely below the standards of any other Quality Inn I’ve ever stayed at. The pictures on this site are not the pictures of the room I stayed in. The bed is ran down and not of good quality. The bathrooms are a joke. It’s literally only room to slide in and out. Water pressure was horrible. I thank God I had somewhere warm to lay my head but I pray I never have to go back to this location. Breakfast was truly gas station food no doubt.

My room was in poor condition. No blankets just a sheet and thin cover so was cold first night untilI had heater to highest setting. Shower had hair in it, looked like dog hair. Room for 2 adults but only 1 coffe cup. Co travelers in other rooms had bad comments, one changed rooms but still wasn't happy. The pool was closed the whole 2 night visit. The lobby mens restroom was closed during the whole viait as well
