I Love the Stench of Paper Mill ;(

Next to a paper mill, constant stench in the air, could smell in the room. Smells like boiled brussel sprouts. Dirty and rundown. Shower broken, more water coming out of faucet than shower head. They said they fixed it after I told them it was broken but was little improved. It’s next to a truck stop

Everything went great when we checked in I checked in through Expedia but after picking up mine and my kids' dinner we got harassed for about an hour saying we didn't pay that we needed to get out which I had the receipt I paid they checked me in they had everything from Expedia I do not blame the kid who was working because he ended up being a really nice gentleman I blame the manager The kid came back 2 the room and he's like no you guys have to get out and was trying to get us out for the last time and I went up there as a hotel worker and explained how Expedia works and if I was to cancel they would have got to cancellation notice because the manager was trying to have the kid run my card for the incidental purposes card that ain't supposed to be charged unless you break something for the room, charge it 3 different times so the kid finally put the manager on and the manager was drunk telling me to get out I tried to explain it to him and he goes well it's not my fault your card is declining well no it was my fault because I wasn't allowing the charge because I already paid for my room and then in the morning when I talked to the manager he was rude he didn't care he did not care a room was dirty he did not say he was sorry all he said was it was my day off I understand it was his day off do not have your employee put someone on speakerphone to talk to a guess like that at all then to come in and not apologize as a manager is completely wrong, I'm surprised he's a manager

Took two visits and three employees to get the door open. Room was small,drab, old. Few outlets and they were inaccessible. Furniture old and faded. No place to open luggage. Luggage rack collapsed. Sack breakfast very bad. On three week trip, this room was most expensive and worst. Won’t be staying at Wyndham again. Criminally expensive
