Not worth the price

For an upscale hotel/casino I was not impressed with the service or the price. Almost $300 on a week night and arriving at 5pm tired and ready for a shower and nap only to be told our room wouldn't be ready for at least another hour even tho check in is at 3p. No offer to discount our stay or upgrade us to an available room. We sat on the floor of their lobby with all of our bags for almost an hr and a half for a room. At which time I requested a first responders discount and they denied it. Our room has garage left in the restroom and the Keurig had old used pods in it. The only options for dining were poor. The Hard Rock Cafe was over priced and the food was subpar. Ordered a specialty cocktail that was supposed to come with a keepsake glass, never got it. Over all would not stay at the hotel again even if it was only 3 minutes from our event.

1 night stay

Hotel room was fantastic when we eventually got it! Paid $460 for 1 night due to attending a gig. When we went to check in at 3.15pm they told us there were no rooms ready yet. Really unacceptable when you've paid such a lot of money. No compensation like drinks vouchers were offered, staff were really unaccommodating and quite rude. Went back at about 4.30 and they were fobbing us off again until I asked for compensation and a room magically became available. The room was a large king with a really nice bathroom. Great venue for the gig we went to.

Enjoyable Weekend

First time here...weekend getaway. We enjoyed our trip. The buffet line was ridiculous...we waited one hour to get seated. There was one line to pay and a separate line to get a table...that process stunk. The smoke in the casino wasn't great either...I wonder if they have a filtration system. But the staff were all very nice, the room was very clean and modern, elevators were fast, the property was clean as a whole. They had two pop up bars on the casino floor, but each was only staffed with one bartender and the lines were long!! All in all it was enjoyable and we'll be back.

When we received our players card the Custer service person Chelsea (blue Hair) was very rude. We moved to another service person and she was great. Other than this experience for one bad apple I really can’t spoil the barrel every thing else was great.

Great stay

Great experience. Hospitality was outstanding. Extremely clean room. Restaurants are located in the casino. The casino offers live entertainment and gambling options. This is our 2nd stay and we are happy with the accommodations.
