This is absolutely the worst place you could ever possibly stay in. It is a total slum filled with drug addicts. Our sheets in the room were not clean there was hair dog prints something spilled all over them it looks like the cleaning lady just made the bed when we asked for more sheets they didn't seem to think it was a problem at all but told me I could get some more never brought them to us had to go to the office and grab them myself 4 hours later. The mattress was stained when we went to go change our own sheets the floor was sticky throughout the entire place just seeing was not done at all there was no trim on the table there was an huge slit from front to back on the chairs there are bullet holes in the doors and in the headboard. But seriously this is absolute shock terrible you would never imagine how truly disgusting it is the city should condemn and burn it down

Started off with a two bed room that was completely trashed with stain covered seats went down to get moved to another room that room's batteries to the doors did not work while trying to get the door to work we will be in scoped out by a dude who followed my wife and kids down the hallway back up then continued to talk to the manager that had tried six different rooms with her key card none of them worked then she put us in a one bed room to get out of the cold My wife then proceeded to find some type of insects covering the bed so I had moved my family and lost $64 at that place and they don't do refunds so I would never ever let anybody go there burnt aluminum foil all through the hallways condoms throughout the hallways we walked past four or five bedrooms that look like it was eight people living in them that trashed them

Hideous stay far away

Don't Do It
Absolutely terrible. Situated in the middle of a slum. Unsafe. Lots of drugged up people milling around. I left immediately and went somewhere else. They refused a refund by way is saying the party needed wasn't present, and it would be 35 days anyway. I'd been there maybe 20 minutes. Long enough to find out about the situation the return. There was also a "trick" to open the door.

Ms. Rita is an absolute gem! The whole staff there runs smoothly, and you can see how she makes it possible. I wish we had more people like her! She made our stay so much more pleasant, which took such a weight off my mind I was able to focus on my mind. Reasonable prices for clean room, even the deposit was less than others in the area. Will continue to recommend to anyone looking for a cheap, clean, place to stay.

Unfortunate circumstances during my move to colorado caused me need an extended stay for a decent rate, and Cozy and Miss Rita at Hometowne made sure I knew all my options and helped me get the best rate possible. I owe them so much for their assistance during this transitional time!
