It was extremely filthy, floors turned the bottom of my feet black, the walls were greasy, the stovetops were filthy, I saw several cockroaches crawling on the wall, the mattresses were covered in stains. Overall, the health department should step in, this place should be shut down! No one should have to pay good money to stay here!

I hate giving it such a poor rating, as the room was fine, the bed was comfortable, and there was a lovely park to walk to nearby, but there was definitely a lack of communication. They sent me an email telling me there were no toiletries so be such to bring my own shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc. What they didn't tell me was that despite the kitchenette, they did not provide cookware, utensils, dishes or a coffee pot. I have never stayed at a place with a kitchenette that didn't provide at least a few basics. Only one of the outlets in the kitchen worked. There was no dish soap or scrubbers, no drain plug in order to wash dishes, and no trash bags or waste paper basket any where. The bathroom had one bath towel, a bathmat, three wash cloths, and no hand towels. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. When I brushed my teeth at night, I had to let the water sit and slowly drain out by morning. The internet was very unstable, as my laptop kept reminding me, and I ended up missing part of the online seminar I was there to take part in.

They overbooked my stay and did not allow me entrance to the hotel. In addition to this, there were several junkies doing drugs in the parking lot (fentenyl) and doing the full leanover zombie style. The staff was super rude. Literally one of the sketchiest hotels I've ever approached.

Poor motel quality, front desk service was bad, lady was rude and hardly spoke. Lots of homeless people hanging around in the parking lot all night. Does not feel like a safe place to be or park your vehicle.

Me,my little family moved from Florida to here. When we did our research and found this place online it was not what they advertise online. We end up staying longer than we expected. The place is full of junkies, and homeless. I will say there was one staff member and Miss Rita they were okay people. But when it came down to checking out, expecting your deposit back is a nightmare!!! I've called several times for them to tell me have to find a piece of paper. I GAVE THE FRONT DESK LADY THE KEYS, PAPER SHE GAVE US WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED TO BE ABLE TO GET THE DEPOSIT. Now they can't find it. Only way your able get your deposit is through Rita!!! We were amazing guest ALWAYS paid on time. We still haven't received our $100 deposit!

This is absolutely the worst place you could ever possibly stay in. It is a total slum filled with drug addicts. Our sheets in the room were not clean there was hair dog prints something spilled all over them it looks like the cleaning lady just made the bed when we asked for more sheets they didn't seem to think it was a problem at all but told me I could get some more never brought them to us had to go to the office and grab them myself 4 hours later. The mattress was stained when we went to go change our own sheets the floor was sticky throughout the entire place just seeing was not done at all there was no trim on the table there was an huge slit from front to back on the chairs there are bullet holes in the doors and in the headboard. But seriously this is absolute shock terrible you would never imagine how truly disgusting it is the city should condemn and burn it down
