Probably my worst overall experience
Paid for a Suite. It was located right by elevator, which we could hear inside the room. TV wasn’t working properly, after maintenance tried to fix and couldn’t - we moved to another suite, also by elevator. Couch was old and uncomfortable. Small blood stain on floor by bathroom. Not an enjoyable experience at all. Will not stay there again. I tried to cancel my reservation two days before, due to COVID-19, but hotel said I had to call you - Hotels.com. I tried and tried, but your phone system was down. Very disappointed.

Great stay!
Staff was friendly. Clean room. If you don’t want to valet tour car there’s a self parking garage next door and saved about $20/day. We split our time between the Rick Hall and Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, perfect location Easy 10 min walk in either location.

Arrived around midnight on Friday night. Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Front desk check-in was efficient but totally unfriendly.

Location was good, parking very expensive $26-36 overnite depending if valet parking or not. Only 4 miles to Cleveland Clinic!! Breakfast bar has a lot of variety and service available if needed- they change the menu daily. Staff very friendly and accommodating!!

The room we stayed in, it was really hard to sleep. The manhole cover on the road was so noisy, I was definitely ready to be back home.
