Go to the red roof inn instead
No hot water for first 2 days, shower barely ran more than a trickle. 3 nights no housekeeping once. Breakfast was late and was only bread and a toaster. Bed was broken- one corner at the foot had no leg. Floor was sticky and table legs were about to fall off. Definately get what you pay for here

Almost get what you pay for
No coffee, no breakfast till 7:30 am . No coffee in Room. Fridge barely worked. No attendant after midnight.So dont misplace your key.. Its cheap so the rooms were clean and beds werent luxurious but good enough

I ran into weather problems. I called the hotel and the staff promised to call me back. I waited 3 hours. I called them back and they just said they could not help me. By then, it was too late to reach Orbitz. All i needed was a date change. There was no change in rate to stay 1/6 instead. I have stayed there before but never again. The staff misled me and I lost the room charge. Then, hours later, I get an email from them claiming it was my problem for using Orbitz. If there is absolutely no flexibility- during a non peak period to adjust due to weather, I will be sure to leave as many reviews as I can about the poor customer service. They lost a good customer today.

3 adults in room, towels only for 2 adults. No shower curtain had to ask for that. 1 roll of toilet paper. Over used mattress! Suppose a deluxe room. We had not checked out. We came back having breakfast else where. It wasnt yet 11am, they had locked our room. Had to ask front desk to unlock our room

I was happy to be able to find a hotel that would allow me to bring my dogs. I was there for my fathers funeral. However the side enterence was full of garbage, the had a broken window. The driveway unkept, i realize it is winter but it was solid ice. The shower curtain was disgusting, the tub slimy, the bathroom mirror well i don't want to know what was on it. We had to ask for washcloths the room had none. I didn't see any family but above us definitely had someone running. Breakfast was two types of dry cereal and white bread and bagels. Hey the bed was comfy and the rooms heating system worked, once we turned it on In a pinch would i stay again. I would have to be really pinched

Ok but not ok
Hotel was ok. They are remodeling so it not being clean is one thing but i used the restroom downstairs in lobby when i checked in and there was no towel paper at all. And then when we got to room there was no towel paper in the room so i had to call for towel paper. Shower was very slow and not very warm.

Fine for a one night rest, definitely needs renova
The staff were polite and helpful. The shower drain was not clean. The hotel was inexpensive and worked fine for an overnight by the highway at a modest price. There was no remote for the TV. I would not recommend this hotel for anymore than a place to rest for one night off the highway.
