The hotel was great. Clean rooms, friendly service, great breakfast. It was close to everything and had plenty of parking. A nice restaurant was right next door.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE HOTELS.COM!!!
I arrived at the Hyatt Place Plano at 9:15 pm on 10-12-24 after driving 6 hours. I was informed by hotel staff that I had cancelled my reservation. I pulled up my app and showed her and she was very dismissive stating I did, they didn’t have any rooms any way. I went back to my car and called Hotels.com and on a Saturday night at 9:30 the automated voice stated it would be a 2 hour wait to connect to a representative. I went back in the hotel and told the hotel receptionist that there is no way this is right and I wanted to speak to a manager. Again, she was very dismissive and stated this was through a third party and there were no rooms left. I called around to other hotels and the only available ones were in Wiley, Texas. I had to find a hotel in Dallas and drive back there, pay for those two nights.
I contacted hotels.com and they stated they would call the hotel to get them to refund. I prepaid Hotels.com $355.71 on the 10/06/24…now why would they hotel refund me and not the people that took my money. Hotels. com sent an email stating they were not able to get in touch with the hotel and I would NOT be getting a refund! Both parties have put the customer in the middle and have avoided any responsibility. Bottom line: I never received services, I paid for the services in good faith before hand and I DID not cancel! I was left to find and pay for another hotel for two nights at 9:30 at night! This is how they treat customers!!!!

I loved the area where this hotel was. They took care of us when we got there and requesting service was super easy. Overall clean and quiet.
