Dear Hotel Sheraton Management,
I am writing to formally file a grievance regarding my recent stay at your hotel, specifically involving Guest Rooms 735 and 310. The experience was not only unpleasant but fell far below the standard of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality that your establishment is expected to uphold.
Upon check-in, I was assigned Guest Room 735. Immediately upon entering the room, I was overwhelmed by a strong and offensive odor resembling urine and sewage. The stench was so severe that it rendered the room entirely uninhabitable and unacceptable for any paying guest. I immediately called the front desk to report the matter.
The front desk agent apologized and instructed me to come down to the front desk to retrieve a new key card for Guest Room 310 as a replacement. Upon entering Room 310, I initially noted that there was no foul smell, which was a relief. However, I quickly discovered another serious and unsanitary issue—yellow-brown water was backing up through the tub drain in the shower. This was not only visually disgusting but also posed potential health concerns and completely prevented me from using the bathroom facilities.
As a paying guest, it is my reasonable expectation to receive clean, sanitary, and habitable accommodations. Instead, I was subjected to two back-to-back rooms, both of which were unacceptable for use, either due to unbearable rooms, both of which were unacceptable for use, either due to unbearable odor or unsanit
