The staff were not nice or pleasant upon checking in and throughout my stay at this location. I should have requested refund, from the service rendered on my first day. The pleasant greetings from the floor housekeeping and serviceman were welcoming. I was not greeted by certain front desk, made my stay uncomfortable for me. A level of respect should be done. The welcome tv had the incorrect room number on the tv for 4 days of my stay. I was told I would have to wait until the weekday for it to be corrected. I had two situations where the staff just walked in my room without any pause.This was an awkwardness problem, with this occuring, because I had no idea that staff or management could walk into my room while I was (1) dressing and (2)personal engagement. I told this staff, for the rest of my stay call my room or cellphone prior to entering my room. Regardless if the sign was not on the door, especially n the afternoon.
Staff does not wear their name tag. When ask what were the staff name was, hostile reactions was given. Upon checking out, I was told I had a balance that needed to taking care of but could not show me the charges. I did not have any additional charges that was due to my checkout.
