The hotel has a perfect location with a very nice beach and not so far from the center and the town, only 10 minutes away by foot. The facilities are in good shape it has 2 pools and a resting area for adults next to a bar and beach front, the staff is super nice, helpful and friendly. I was surprised in a good way about the food quality, normally this all inclusive hotels don’t offer good quality food in their buffet but this one was really tasty, with variety and fresh. I went there in Jan and it was cloudy and cold so in my opinion the AC was not needed, nevertheless it was on all the time in the restaurant area, that is my only complaint. Also alcohol quality was not too bad and I appreciated beverages were not too sweet. All in all I would recommend it and definitely would stay again ☺️

A Little Disappointing
The hotel was clean and had nice facilities. Our maid was excellent and conscientious! The food was pretty good at the buffet and the sunset grill. The service was pretty good as long as you weren't there at the change in shifts. We loved Ramon's service! We were disappointed in their system for reservations for the restaurants. Reservations could only be made each morning for the same day, there were only two seatings (at 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.) and typically filled up between 8 and 10 a.m. On our arrival date all reservations were full. We were not aware that there were tiers and we would have to pay an extra $220 to have access to the rooftop bar. We were also disappointed that after checkout at 12 noon, we were not allowed to have any food, drinks, use the pool, or any facilities on the day of leaving. This was awkward with a late afternoon flight. All of our other experiences with all inclusive hotels in Mexico allowed us to use the pool, beach, and restaurants for the rest of the afternoon.

Perfect for people who like cruises and large families. We were new to Mexico so it was a good choice. Good plentiful food, kind, cheerful waiters and concierge, very clean, hard-working staff. They gave us two waters/person a day automatically, I got more at a bodega 100 steps outside, concierge changed 500 pesos a day for tip cash, ten minute walk to zona romantica, bus right outside too. I would have preferred staying somewhere where we would eating out and discover places, but my friends chose this hotel and they preferred to stay in. It was a great place to hang with friends and drink, but to also eat alone. 5 pools complex. 4 or more bars. Hot tub. I would like more shade umbrellas on the beach. The beach was fine, surf made it harder for snorkeling and flippers. We didn’t book any activities. Staff spoke English but were happy to entertain my beginning Spanish. I couldn’t figure out a good way to have my tip money on me while I was at the pools or beach. You wear a small wristband so you can run around and not worry about losing your key. You check out towels. It’s a lively place, music playing everywhere, easy to meet people.

The property was great and so were the staff. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want a nice all inclusive resort experience. The beach is just a quick walk from the main lobby and so is the buffet!
