It's a 5-star superior hotel, both structurally and organizationally, and it certainly has the appearance of one. However, the room had not been dusted in many areas for quite some time. The minibar was practically nonexistent, the fridge didn’t work, and a significant amount of water had to be wasted before the hot water arrived. The beds were not properly made the next day—the duvet was left as it was—and the cups used for tea were not washed. A breakfast table, used by one of the residents, was left in the corridor from the morning until the evening.
