Special boutique hotel with killer views.
Owners very friendly. Although the restaurant is only offering pizza and salad the pizza was delicious and the cocktails yummy. Steve one of the owners was so friendly. Rooms are all different. Not a place for anyone mobility challenged as everything is up and down lots of rocky stairs. View is incredible.

Lovely Hillside Retreat
Mafolie is a lovely property perched on a steep hill with truly amazing views. The staff, especially the lovely woman at the front desk, were incredibly helpful. She assisted us with an early check-in, many, many questions, called (numerous) taxis for us and was genuinely welcoming and kind. The property itself is on the older side, but even so it was clean and well maintained. During my stay the restaurant was unfortunately closed due to construction to fix recent hurricane damage, but from what I saw it looks like an amazing place to sit and eat breakfast, lunch or dinner, I hope they get it fixed soon! All in all a lovely spot and would definitely recommend!

Amazing hotel with incredible staff and views
We had a phenomenal stay at Mafolie. The team there is very kind and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, clean and if anything doesn’t work, they fix it immediately. The breakfast is very tasty and like the rest of the hotel the restaurant has amazing views.

St Thomas getaway
We spent three nights at Mafolie Resort. Due to wind damage, the bar and restaurant were not open all hours. The friendly staff, tried to create options for food and drink. The hotel is a little “rustic”, but we enjoyed everything about it. We never had an issue with parking. As described, the views are phenomenal. This is like a bed and breakfast/ boutique hotel combined.

Great place for a real St Thomas experience
This was a great place to stay and get a St Thomas experience. The view is amazing!! The pool is lovely and refreshing. They are in the middle of renovating the rooms and their restaurant. But the villas are large and also have great views! Check in attendants were super helpful and very knowledgable.

I’ll be back.
I was well received and promptly attended to by Cleana (Spelling?) at the front desk. Elizabeth was quite friendly upon departure reminding me not forget the free breakfast. The view from my patio was off the charts beautiful. Overall pleasant & Impressive stay.

Stayed at this hotel for my birthday celebration end of November, I told the staff there it was my birthday and they left a lovely welcome for me.We were upgraded to the upper villa. The view was breathtaking and the space is HUGE and very nicely furnished. Seems like they picked only the best people to work at this hotel. Everyone was kind and thoughtful from the front desk to the groundskeeper and the cleaning ladies. The pool area was also gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again. Hopefully by then the restaurant will reopen as it was "closed" due to hurricane damage to the fabric roof but they still had a continental breakfast in the restaurant area and that gorgeous view. There was a full kitchen in our villa. Parking was easy and getting around is also pretty easy with a car.
