Good location

other than one strange phone interaction with an employee who told me he didn't know where the thermostat was in the room and basically acted like it was not his problem, I enjoyed my stay.

The Sadge

Smelled really bad . Tub and shower was disgusting .Bathroom smelled really sour and the rest of the room smelled like cigarette smoke and stinky feet . Someone’s hair was all over the room also . There was unfinished repairs in the room and the door was difficult to latch closed . We accidentally spilled some water on the floor . When we placed a towel on the wet area it completely turned the towels yellow . There was also a dried bloody booger on the sheets so I can’t say that the sheets were actually washed . This was actually one of the worst hotel/motels my wife and I have ever stayed at . It won’t let me add the photos .

Needs customer service training

Check in was great, told breakfast was at 6:30. Homeless person roaming around at night. In the morning went to breakfast. Told the clerk about homeless man, not concerned. Said he didn’t know anything and would tell maintenance when they come in . Not concerned we asked him about breakfast rudely told use not until 7 am, I told him we were told 6:30 points to the sign and said again 7. Not very friendly

Tight but comfortable

Room was tight but, comfortable. Hotel was conveniently located near a fantastic restaurant, Tomasitas. The food was just what we were looking for in Santa Fe. My only negative comment was the impersonal feel at check in. No eye contact & all were pointed to use the kiosk.

Everyone there was friensly and gelpful, the free fill buffet breakfast in the morning was definitely a plus. Also was the free transport to the square. The room were a little worn, but clean and the beds were comfortable.

Good stay with good peeps

A lovely stay.. free breakfast was lovely. Eggs, good biscuits with nice gravy... and etc. Room was slightly dated but very clean. A/C had control problems so room was all cold, all the time--but better than too hot! Shuttle was great to get to plaza as needed. But in better weather, or in evening/night, I could walk it.. just about .75 miles. 15 min walk. Friendly staff! Good peeps.

Budget lodgings, excellent location

Concierge really, truly tries. Housekeeping and facilities however need serious help. Between leaky faucets, mold spots on the bathroom walls, drafty doors, jiggly locks, unclean linens of all sorts, and heavy dust and debris in the corners, this qualifies as a roadside motel with excellent location. Excellent cancellation policy.

We had stsyed at this property years ago, it was a charming Southwestern style motel. We often drove by in past visits and remembered it being charming! Well Not So Charming..Average at Best! Original Bathrooms..Substandard in 2025!! Modernized..outside..forgot Baths!!

Good customer service but motel a 3 star.

Lydia and housekeeping found my book and book light and saved it for me for pick up by my brother. I appreciate the excellent customer service! The room was shabby. The bathtub shower mat was ready to be thrown out. When we arrived to our room there were scary people hanging around the parking lot. The advertisement noted the motel was walking distance to the plaza. The walk would take you through a dangerous busy street.

Do not fall for the photo, this place is vile!

This hotel is filthy and in awful shape! My sheets had someone else's hair in them, the sheets and mattress were stained, the bedding itself was ancient and of very poor quality, the tub was completely stained and had several spots of damage, the security bolt on the door was held in place with spackle, the air conditioning unit was loud and the panel was falling off. I wound up not sleeping under the sheets because I was too concerned for their cleanliness and, as a result, had a horrible night's sleep. I checked out early because I was too disgusted.
