Convenient, Clean, and comfortable.
Had to find a hotel near the airport on account of a flight cancellation. Great choice for the night stay. Close to Phoenix airport. Free airport shuttle. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very comfortable beds.

Don’t book here
The shuttle wasn’t available and we had to take a cab (even though the shuttle was a big reason for booking). Arrived at hotel and they didn’t have the king room we booked so they put us in a standard (less than what we paid for). When I explained the king suite was one reason we booked the front desk person said you can either go somewhere else. Hotel is dated and the room we had was renovated very poorly. High level, this place is not worth the price they charge to be close to the airport. Go somewhere else

Horrible hotel
Waited an hour for the hotel shuttle bus in a cold very loud underpass after an 11 hour flight. Absolutely awful experience. Hotel is grubby, old fashioned. Food terrible. Overpriced. This is not a Radisson its a choice hotels. The air conditioning was so loud i fidnt sleep. The windows dont open and were streaming with water

Worst experience ever
It was a terrible experience my worst one ever I got there late night super tired from work and my flight. I lay down when I woke up to get ready for my day of Valentines my water was not working the sink or the shower or the toilet would work, so you can imagine me going on a date without showering didn’t go well when I told the management about the situation, they brushed me off and told me there was nothing they will do to make things right no half-price no free. Stay nothing as a parent customer the treatment was just wrong , I’m definitely following up with Radisson hotel corporate department . I made a video of the water is not working I’m about to post it everywhere.

Terrible Experience and Response by Hotel Staff
I had the unfortunate luck of miscommunication between the hotel staff and maintenance, who even though I had already checked in, had maintenance sent up to my room to fix the lock, which was not broken. At 10pm I had the very unpleasant experience of maintenance trying to break into my room using a hook under the door, attempting to pull the handle down. No knock at the door. No checking at all to see if the room was occupied. The front desk acknowledged the incident and promised a call back from the Manager. After three days of calling them, I have not received a call or comment back from the Manager. Do not stay at this hotel if you are looking for any form of customer service.

Solid choice
First time staying at this hotel and I lived it. Great location and quiet. Check in was super easy and efficient . They had a water bottle filler near the elevators! The food was amazing, I ordered a salmon plank and salad for dinner and the portion was solid. Nice char taste and super yummy. The bartender was great, it was dry January for me and she made me a delicious mocktail Moscow mule. Very accommodating and great service. I would return here for the food alone. 😁. Great property overall and service from check in to check out was great!
