A perfectly fine budget tourist hotel. Breakfast can be really busy with quite limited options, but the hotel is well located with the metro right outside and Gare de Lyon very walkable. The bedrooms very comfortable and quiet although air conditioning is quite poor. I’d stay there again if I needed to be in the area.

Room could be better

Bed was very comfortable and the service was great, I haven’t talk to many staff but they always were very nice and lovely. That’s about the positive of the stay. The room could have make with a small refurbishment. The bathroom had mould a bit everywhere. Breakfast was ok but the pastries had an old taste, a bit like someone was baking cheese puff next to them. Different options available to cater for everyone (cheese and ham, yogurt bowl, pancakes…)

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we had questions. The bar wasn’t open long enough however I understand that when there are not a lot of guests in the hotel, they need to adjust. Very convenient for the underground transportation, as well as walking, Ubers and so many dining options. Great location-we loved it.

Great location for the Accord arena, literally next door but it’s very basic for the price, no tea and coffee in the room and nothing decaf in the coffee machines or tea selection not even any herbal teas, tiny room

Rooms are very small with no storage. It was a hot day but the property doesn't turn on climate control until mid-may so it was very hot and stuffy.

Stay away if you like standard clean rooms. Our room had mold, so much mold! In the shower and around the windows. This hotel needs to close down. The breakfast was ok, but no plates so we had to use napkins. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for what we were planning on doing. But the dirty, nasty rooms totally ruined the stay. Disgusting!!

The hallways are creepy and old. The room is very basic, only the bare minimum. The bathroom was beat up, dirty, sink was clogged. Room was very hot and of course the vent wasn't working. This place is OK if you just want a place to crash for a few hours, otherwise it's terrible, way below acceptable standards for this price range. Very disappointed, I won't go back to this hotel.

No air conditioner

We had paied for air condition, wich did not work. All we got, was a window opened. There was over 30 degrees inside and a lot of noise outside, so the night was terrible and we suffered lack of sleep.

I didn't like that the manager of this hotel is inconsiderate. We booked several rooms this March and we were requesting for refund in one of the rooms booked for 2 days but were never used. Manager just said, 'no'. While business is business a little consideration and sympathy would go a long way. Customers should be treated as human beings and businesses and managers should not just be running after money. I am so dissapointed with my experience with this manager, with this Ibis hotel and with Ibis as a whole.

Honteux, pratiques intolérables

Honteux!! J’avais appelé pour prévenir d’une arrivée tardive et lorsque je suis arrivé à 2h du matin pour récupérer ma chambre cette dernière avait été loué à quelqu’un d’autre alors que ma chambre était prépayée! J’avais réservé à cet emplacement précis car je prenais le tgv très tôt ce matin et que cela me laissait déjà peu de sommeil. Résultat j’ai été envoyé dans un autre hôtel, tout a été pris en charge évidemment mais avec cet événement je me suis couché plus d’une heure plus tard et j’ai dû me lever plus tôt pour reprendre le taxi afin de me rendre à la gare. Quel hôtel facture deux fois la même chambre pour une seule nuit???

Hyggelig opphold

Jeg hadde et veldig fint opphold der. Hvis det skulle vært noe så er sengen litt hard og putene veldig flate. Jeg reiste selv alene og kunne bruke begge putene på sengen og det var en ekstra i skapet, men det kan være at man må be om flere puter om man er flere.
