The property is "ok" but there is no body to offer any sort of services. We inadvertently booked 3 apartments instead of 1, upon checking we pointed out the error and took only 1 apartment, informed Hotels.com, followed up with Hotels.com multiple times but they were unable to reach the hotel.
Ethics are questionable at best- granted it was our mistake, but they could have let us know upon check-in and we would have taken the other 2 apartments as well.
You can't reach them if you need anything - there is no phone in the apartment, and no one picks up their contact number.
They kept the apartments, and kept our money. I'd like to discourage everyone from giving these unscrupulous people business and ruin your visit.
