Nice but...
Staff and hotel was nice but the bathroom was a bit small. The breakfast choices were very limited and there was only 1 person working in the morning and coffee was running out quickly.

Dirty floors
The room floor was sticky in between the beds! The bathroom had a AA battery on it and the hair dryer had the diffuser laying on the floor. Various pieces of paper were under the table and close to the door exit. Bed was clean. We arrived late and there were no other rooms or hotels available so we just stuck it out. Would like some kind of refund.

Check in at the front desk was good but once we arrived in our room we realized it was not fully cleaned and it was the small things like the ice bucket that I grabbed to go get ice was absolutely disgusting with coffee filters in it and all the trash apparently from the maid who had cleaned that area and not replaced it with a clean one I had to wash my hands to get all of the disgusting debris all four of my hands and by that time I was not in the mood to go get ice in any type of bucket it was late and I did not call to get a replacement one.Between the beds and the nightstand you could clearly see sugar orSplenda packets.Although these were small things you clearly wondered what else they had skipped through on cleaning that’s the point here the bed was hard but you get what you pay for but all three mornings that we stayed there was absolutely no coffee every single time I went down to get coffee my husband went down at a separate time so he was able to get coffee but out of three containers it was empty every single time I went.I thought to myself why can’t at least 1container have some coffee How do all 3containers go completely dry at the same time that’s just someone not staying on top of the situation at all. The front desk said she is working on it “She” Was nowhere in sight And apparently if all three of them are dry “she”needs help. Come on guys coffee is not that hard. Get a better plan when your hotel is completely booked!

Everything about this hotel was great except that a girls basketball team stayed the same night and they were very loud til about 12 am in the main lobby which is centrally located in the hotel.

Great staff
The staff are great, the WiFi is terrible, and, this time, the toilet was stopped up. Fortunately, maintenance came to work early, 6 a.m., fixed it. Nice room otherwise.

This LQ Rooms need to be updated. The bed was horrible, not level, room smell bad. Not worth the money.,lots of sketchy people hanging in back.
