i dont know what to say..because i for me overall is ok..maybe im just in the wrong time and situation..Im stuck in miri because of the covid19 n lockdown issue..my flight back to kl cancel and i was asked to quarantine myself in the place where I was staying ... at the start of my stay at the meritz hotel for 1 weeks but I have to move out and look for another hotel because they had closed their hotel due to covid19 issue and I had to find a hotel that was still operating and at that time only dragon hotel is still open ... but in limited circumstances ... it would be unfair for me to comment on this hotel in the face of global issues such as the corona virus issue and I believe hotel management is also unable to do anything go wrong.. so to me everything is good and perfect ..

Air-conditioner seem to be old and need to replace, hair dryer not provided, bathroom slipper also not available, pillow are to soft and not comfortable, TV reception also poor and not viewable, room not properly inspect before guess arrive, air-cond not functioning well. Bed matress to hard and cause back pain.Socket for Hot water also not sufficient. tooth patch & brush should be provide. And writing sit not enough space.
Overall.. out of 5 I suggest 2.5 ratting..
Keep improve
