The room was large and it was quiet.Field fire to west of the motel, so power was shut off for several. hours.It was a HOT day..so no AC due to fire. We went outside after sunset..so diminishing light..walked back to motel on East side of it. There were two shorter concrete pillars with a low cable strung between them to keep cars out. This cable was not marked with anything..usually on things like this there may be a reflector as a "heads Up". It was like a "trip cable" that caught my partner midshin..neither of us saw it due to it not being marked at all, plus low light. My partner fell forcefully flat on his front side. Lights were still out in the motel. We went back to the room, my partner had a first aid kit and we had flash lights, he was bleeding profusely on both legs and knees. We got him cleaned up and used bandaids from his first aid kit. An aside is that no breakfasts served, just weak coffee..no coffee makers, but there was fridge and microwave.

Poor Hotel Stay

Outdated, hot inside of hotel in hallways and entry, no towels in room, pool freezing cold and unusable. We had to ask for a coffee pot. I will never stay here again even after being a return customer. Restaurant and bar closed but all of the bar lights and signs were on.

Zero food offered. Even though there is a full restaurant on site that is empty. I was told, "it closed 3 years ago due to staffing" Yet, the sign is still on the building outside and the website indicated breakfast being avaliable. It feels like management stopped paying attention to it 10 years ago but didnt tell anyone

Okay, but not great

Check in was fine but thought it was strange that they asked us if we wanted a coffee maker and then gave us a tray with a coffee maker, some coffee packets and a couple of cups. I use a walker and my husband was packing our luggage so it was pretty inconvenient. Thought they should have offered to deliver it to our room since we already had our hands full. Both the restuarant and lounge were closed and no mention of it on the website. That was one f the reasons we decided to stay there so we wouldn't have to go out.

Non functional front desk

Delayed checking-in due to their computer maintenance. Power outage in the morning during checkout time. No printed invoice was given. Left email and phone. No invoice was received as promised. Had to call directly to this location which was major hassle since all calls goes to call center. Got the number from call center. Had to make another call to get my receipt. What a major pain it was. Please don’t make your problems my problem.

No hot water

No hot water in room. Luke warm. When we notified them at check out they said aware and system is struggling waiting on replacement parts. Some rooms have hot water and others don't. They failed to tell us at check in and did not offer a discount or apology. There was also a power outage in the morning. This is clearly not their fault or related to the hot water issue!
