The front desk staff was pretty rude. Really distracted and I kind of felt like I was bothering them by checking in, the hotel was pretty clean. I asked for extra towels and the request was met with lots of attitude, “how dare I ask for extra towels “. Those interactions definitely tainted my view of the hotel in general. It’s too bad.

Abhorrent stench—cat urine or meth??
We were traveling with our high school aged son so we wanted a room with a little more room. We reserved the two-bedroom suite option. $295 plus taxes and fees. We checked in late in the evening after arriving on delayed flights. We were exhausted. We got to our room (1107) and were overwhelmed by the stench of cat urine in the second bedroom where the king size bed was. We sprayed a little hair spray and perfume from our bags to mask the smell to no avail. Too tired to go to the lobby, complain and change rooms, we just went to bed. I took me almost an hour to fall asleep even covering my head with an extra pillow to dull the stench. I notified hotel staff in the morning about the situation. They refunded $100. Kind and understanding, they are looking into it. A nice gesture but frankly I would not even pay $50 for a room that smelled like that. Let alone $240.
