It was an ok stay for an over night stay to port out to a cruise the next day. However, the furnishings were a bit outdated and the shower never got hot. We checked in late so basically they gave away our king sized bed. But overall it was a 4 out of 10.

Need work no extra toilet paper charged extra ??
A roll of tp in room for two nights when went to ask for more they asked if there was not ONE in room ? Extras should be there , no ice bucket had to ask, Couldn’t check in 38 mins before 4 even though rooms ready , needs maintenance bad but clean overall and decent bedding Very nice air in my room New I’m sure . Door barely work to shut and don’t expect extra anything lol But Ya get what ya pay for loud undesirable Guests because of this Very loud and smoking even though can’t Had a mystery charge on my card probably deposit even though room was paid for prior and she said she didn’t see ? Will

Ghetto worst place ever
Worst place ever dirty ghetto paid on line and we’re trying to charge me again, was at lobby over an hour. Trying to blame me cause they cancel the reservation NOT me.

The place is still under construction from the hurricane, it is obvious they are working on it. For the price and location our stay was good.

Had high hopes
Floors were dirty outside and inside room. Very dated and not very clean. Definitely not worth the 200 for the night plus i had to psy 15 for parking for the night. Only plus was being so close to ocean with it beng across the street.

Dont waste your money/ sleep/ or time.
Upon arrival i was informed they do not except any form of prepaid debt cards as payment meaning if you bank with Chime/ Cashapp/ Venmo/ Dave/ or any of those alongside do not waste your time in booking the room threw hotels.com. this site accepts those forms of payment and will let you book but when you arrive you wont be able to check in. After we were able to figure all that mess out we went to the room and one of the beds didnt even have a whole comforter! There was also no ice bin either. Then around midnight a worker with a huge card came rolling by waking up our entire floor with it. And of course it didnt stop there at 5:40am the fire alarm goes off for the entire building for no reason!! We asked the front desk why it went off and he "couldnt say"

Bug City Motel- Avoid!
The room was invested with cockroaches!! I told the frint desk and they gave me a can of Raid bug spray, but did not offer to do anything else, not even reduce the room rate.

The room were clearly not up to Wyndham standards. I assumed it was unfinished remodeling as noone mentioned the condition of the rooms until i checked out. I asked if management knew the rooms were subpar and that is when i was informed of contract issues and hurricane damage. Someone should have communicated with me sooner I was very upset of the lack of communication.

The check in staff was very friendly. The hotel itself was definitely not the nicest. We stayed in 2020 and loved it. It’s gone way downhill. The beds were very comfy however we found a bed bug as well as a roach. One lamp shade was covered in mold. There was white powdered on the lower part of the walls. Guests were outside our door after 11pm yelling and smoking pot.
The room itself definitely shows it’s wear but wasn’t terribly minus the bugs. Won’t stay again.

Not worth it, even if free.
This place is a dump and poorly managed. The stairways are chained off (how can the fire dept allow that?).
No blankets.
Tiny double beds (not queens) with small pillows.
Fake hardwood floors that amplify every sound.
A ridiculous pre checkin prices that you completely repeat when you arrive.
Checkin at 4pm becomes a stampede with the line out the front door, again, what was the purpose of a pre-checkin f I must still wait in line? Chaos.

Room was dirty. Trim held up by tape. No comforter, only 1 sheet provided. Stains on sheets. Stairs unusable/broken. All the concrete was very slippery.
We made a noise complaint about guest outside yelling and staff took care of it in a timely manner.

Bad situation-no elevator or rooms except too floo
I arrived at 5:30pm on 12/7; told elevator was not working and only available rooms were on the 3rd floor. When I explained I had knee replacement in both knees along with open heart surgery last year they told me they had already worked at finding first floor rooms but none were available. They said they would help carry my luggage, which they very nicely did. I leave on cruise 12/8 which is why I booked hotel so close to port. My suitcase very heavy as is my 1 carry-on. I asked why customers were not notified & was told they don’t call them. I explained I booked thru hotels.com and they told me they didn’t notify them either.
The lobby was filled with 40+ bankers boxes stacked up. They said new owner was renovating hotel including new elevator. I was charged full amount-they didn’t offer discount for this unreal accommodation. Room offered couldn’t be opened with reg keys only master. They moved me to room next door. Initial room smelled moldy. Heat unit in new room unbelievably noisy-it’s cold outside. This hotel made me feel very uncomfortable and I was a little afraid to go out. I hadn’t eaten since a small breakfast but didn’t want to go up/down stairs so hid in room basically and ate the bag of chips, water they gave me and a cookie I had for dinner. Reception people and helper were very nice but this was an awful situation whether I’m partially disabled or not.
