After having to call down to the front desk eight times because the Safe did not work and the USB ports which are inside the end tables beside the bed did not work and the one was literally falling out of the end table creating a #FireHazard finally I spoke to Jaime the #assistantmanager at #CaesarsEntertainment and they gave me a $60 credit and then when I try to use it before I checked out the next day for some reason they’re still trying to charge me $50. I guarantee that they’re also gonna keep my $50 deposit as well.

Overall Terrible Stay
When we checked in the clerk was distracted and unfriendly. The room was run down. The heater did not work. There was no mention of a $20/day parking fee whether you are a guest or not. No ammenities were open.

My experience at the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel was disappointing, especially given its prime location on the Strip and its iconic history. While it’s one of the oldest hotels in Las Vegas, unfortunately, that is also evident in its overall condition.

Mini fridge wasnt working. Staff assured ne that they would get it replaced. Took 6 calls to manger to have problem corrected. Heater wasnt working maintenance man showed up.at 4 am to fixed it. Hotel needs to be kept up with and cleaned correctly.

In the 24 and 25th of December they didn’t clean our room, which was 21025. They also charged us additional fees that were not included in the plan we bought from Expedia. So in total after they charge you for your room they are going to add some hidden fees from nowhere.
