It’s a quaint little hotel with a great location. Rooms are spacious and we had a kitchen attached which was helpful. There’s a vintage feel but with modern, comfortable beds.
It’s a short walk to the Chinese theatre and mall with a lot of shops (target grocery) and restaurants and stores, as well as the train station (one stop to Universal Studios). Also, the Hollywood Stars walk is a block away.
Staff are amazing throughout- front desk fellows are knowledgeable and entertaining. Patricia, who runs the morning breakfast, is a true gem and honestly sets this hotel apart. She makes you feel so special and welcomed. We moved to a splashy hotel in Anaheim after staying here And in comparing the hotels, the kids said: “this one has pool, water park, etc but the other one had Patricia and we miss Patricia.”
