The hotel appeared to be very clean when he first walked in the door. We were given our room key and was towed that there was no elevator service working. The elevators were out of service and we were put on the third floor getting to the third floor. our room was not properly clean. It had a smell and we tried to make it do to realize that there were no towels no soaps nothing in the bathroom, so shower was not going to happen with no towels or soap. The property did not care about anything. There was breakfast. The next morning coffee was cold seem like it had been made three hours beforehand and just left out there to chill at its own temperature. It was just a nasty facility after walking around the property. Also, you found underwear and peoples clothing food, trash all up along the buildings as my photos will show. It was just a horrible experience horrible night horrible experience when they ever stay here again I felt like that we were in a major city with all the transit and homeless people that it just dropped off their stuff

Our stay was 1 night on Christmas Eve and was great. The only complaint was with the luggage carts available to get baggage up to and down from the 3rd floor. These carts had revolving wheels on all 4 corners and were extremely hard to steer.

No service
We were there for just two nights. Wednesday and Thursday nights (Thanksgiving). We went out Thanksgiving Day to see family and came back to find out they didn't clean or refresh the room. We came back around 8pm and told the manager but said they were short staffed. I understand that but we should have been told that when we arrived or moved us to another room. Anyway, we wont be using Holiday Inn Express anymore.

Disappointed
Well this stay wasn't as nice as other stays here, I was a little disappointed our room had no wash clothes, the window shades were broken wouldn't let up breakfast wasn't good as previous stays. Check in was very smooth the young lady was on top of her job.

This property overcharged me and I have called 3 times and each time they say they need to speak with the manager because they cannot do refunds and they never call me back. Terrible hotel. Do not recommend anyone go here unless you want to get overcharged.

I recently stayed at this hotel over the weekend and had a TERRIBLE experience and very much an emotionally disturbed experience. This staff harassed, discriminated and broke multiple federal laws pertaining to my service animal.
I announced that I have a service dog AND offered my papers at check in. I was declined in looking at the papers so I thought all was well. 24 hours into the stay my fiancé was harassed on multiple occasions by the front desk and stated we would be charged a $250 fee for my SERVICE DOG. I proceeded to speak with this same person in a calm manner asking to see my paperwork I signed upon arrival showing that it states service dogs are allowed. She claimed I was trying to fight her, yet cameras would show different and my FOUR year old was standing there. I once again offered my papers to clear up the issue and was declined again. 2:45 am comes around and I take my dog out to use the restroom and out of no where receive a $250 charge to my credit card. At this point I am frustrated because I thought we had cleared this situation up. I go to speak to the manager and he was extremely rude, confrontational, and tried to blame me for not announcing her which was not true. He had the audacity to tell me he saw my dog go to the bathroom and there is no way she is a service animal and I don’t look like I need one. At this point I requested a refund because it is ILLEGAL and be refused so I had to call the cops to get my refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

The room I got was not the best room . Handles were missing , the blinds wouldn’t roll up to use natural sunlight . And the bathroom was not it . Looked dirty and unfinished in my opinion . I normally stay at this holiday Inn . But after that stay I will not stay there anymore . I had issues with my reservations I called the Hotel 100 times no answer. No exaggeration 100 times . This was a great place now it’s average .

The place was great, room was clean, hubby and I had a great sleep. Bed, sheets and pillows were very cumfy. Breakfast was delicious 😋. The only negative thing i have is that the elevators seemed like it could break down at any point.
