Not a great place to stay
The lobby is updated and looks new, too bad the rooms definitely aren’t. The bed was comfortable. The heater was squealing every time it kicked on. I bought ear plugs so I could sleep. The bathroom area needs updating and so does the carpet. I don’t know how this hotel has such a high rating. The staff were friendly. This was our second time staying here and our last.

Will never book Clarion again. Very disappointing.
This property needs a major cleaning and to be updated. The carpeting was filthy. I couldn’t put my feet on the floor. I wouldn’t take a shower either. There were dead bugs in the overhead ceiling light in the bathroom. The outside of the property hasn’t been cleaned in a year. The outside of the walls of the property is filthy and needs to be cleaned. There is trash all over the outside of the property as well. Discussing.
The front door and all the property has debris everywhere. Major stains in the carpeting.
Dead bugs in the ceiling fan over the shower.

The rooms are not clean. They are rather nasty. There were stains on the couch and floor. There were pubic hairs in the tub. A couple rooms down from us had the pillows away from the headboard. Made me real nervous. I checked our bed real good and I did not see any bedbugs.

This was the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in. The pictures on Expedia are so photoshopped. I will never use Expedia to book anything ever again. My room was filthy and the front desk staff was rude and ignored you. Men drank outside all night long and I didn't feel safe.

Our unit was cool. However the shower had a round brown thing over the drain. I gagged and didn't shower. Mirror had water spots. Tv didn't work. (They did change out the tv). This morning at 6am we were awakened with multiple people filling up from ice machine. We will not be back. I did report to manager and they apologized.

Absolute nightmare
The bed sheets were dirty. The floor where the sink is had dead flies on the ground. Specifically reserved a ground floor room due to injured foot and was still placed on 2nd floor. The toilet would not stop run ONG and making noise the emitiré time. The tub was not even and felt like you could not stand properly in the tub. I specifically requested a king bed and received a room with 2 queen beds.The curtains left a weird film sensation on my hand when I pulled them closed. The swimming pool that was displayed on the website was closed and dirty. The paperwork in the room says breathe easy it’s a no smoking area. Other guests were smoking up and down walkways. Absolutely horrible experience and will not ever return. The

Health & Safety Hazard
Disgusting! Do not stay here because it is a health and safety issue. It was abundantly clear our room had not been cleaned prior to our arrival (except perhaps and hopefully the sheets had been changed). There were dirty and concerning items under each bed. It appeared to be a dirty washcloth and someone’s underwear. The most disturbing and concerning part was what appeared to be blood on the outside the bathtub. The inside shower walls were covered with dirty that I could wipe off with just my finger so clearly no one had cleaned the shower before our arrival. I had already lowered my expectations because of staying in a motel but this wasn’t acceptable under any circumstances or for anyone. Completely unacceptable.
