I want to say first and foremost, the staff here are extremely nice. However, once in our room, I noticed that the floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was so much pubic and body hair on the floor, it was sticking to my feet. It was clearly missed in the cleaning. Operating the shower in the room requires a course on operating it. And the remote for the tv didn’t work. We received new batteries from the front desk and it still didn’t work. On a positive note, the hotel is very quiet.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The toilet didn’t flush well. It took two flushes to actually empty it. The people in the next room had a large barking dog and played loud music until nearly 1 am. This is the first negative experience we’ve had here. Will go back another time.

The customer service was absolutely horrible. My sister and I booked the Ramada Fredericton as a get away because we had gotten into an argument with our parents. We’re both over the age of 19. Upon check in I didn’t have my credit card on me and the lady (Assistant Manager) was saying over and over in such a rude tone that I needed my credit card. I went out to my car to grab it and when I came back in she took my credit card and my ID, she then handed them back and extremely rudely and unwelcoming she said “if we even have to talk to you guys once you’re out” at that point I didn’t even want to be at the hotel anymore. She then stood there looking at me like I was absolutely stupid and she threw my ID on the counter after I said “talk to us about what?” And she proceeded to say “call Expedia and get your money back”. I understand the heat of the whole pandemic going on right now, but as a paying client I would expect to be treated slightly more proper than the way she was treating us. We found a room at the Radisson Kingswood and they have treated us so fantastically, we have been here since and we’re not leaving until next Thursday! I would much appreciate a refund as I did not stay and I could not cancel my reservation.

The free breakfast was good. The heat in the first room they put us in wasn’t working. They had maintenance come to try and fix it which didn’t work so they moved us to another room. The rooms with one bed only have 3 pillows. My husband needs to keep 2 pillows under his knees when he is laying down as he has a back condition. I asked for an extra pillow twice but never received one so I slept on a towel on top of some clothes.
