The room smelled strongly of cat urine. The TV didn't work properly. Outside ambient light from parking lot shine in the room all night. Breakfast the next morning was poor quality, and the lobby bathroom was out of toilet paper and soap during peak breakfast hours.

The facility is run down and needs work. The carpet and walls are dirty, have holes and needs paint badly. The pool room has holes in the windows, and the pool was absolutely filthy. It needs cleaning badly. The room was cleaner, and the sheets were clean, but there was left over food under the sofa bed. Not what we normally expect from a wyndham property. Surprising!

I did not stay at the hotel I booked with hotels.com when I arrive to check in there is a sign saying pool closed per health department. If the pool was closed due to health concerns, I didn’t want to stay on the property. Who knows what else was a health concern.

clean rooms, comfy beds, hotel was pretty run down in some areas- hallway carpet, pool, stucco on the building - but in the rooms it was nice, and the staff was really friendly and efficient- great place for pets too!

Worst travel stay experience I have ever had. Should have expected something when in the middle of check-in, had to wait while the attendant started a conversation with a co-worker about what she was having for takeout, a prominent sign also notified everyone that the hot tub was non functional. I then learned that I would need to carry my bags up to my 3rd floor room because of another sign posted asking if anyone had seen the luggage trolley. Like the hot tub sign it looked like it had been up for awhile. To get to your rooms you need to enter one of two rear entrances because there is no parking in the front where the check-in desk is. So you walk past the outside of the pool area where the police tape masking off the hot tub is. The rear entrance I had to use is apparently where everyone goes to smoke, judging by the hundred or so cigarette butts, but then nothing was clean, and weeds were prevalent in the “landscaping “, I would be shocked if the window on my room’s faux balcony had been washed in the past year, and not surprised if it has never been cleaned, My tv only worked on some channels, Some didn’t work at all while others buffered to the point of making them unwatchable, The front desk had a maintenance worker in my room from 9 pm until 10 trying to fix it. I had requested another room but was refused. The hotel was not full. The tv cabinet was left away from the wall. the phone lists an incorrect room number. I could go on but out of space,

Toilets were low to ground so if anyone has issues with standing up after sitting down then you will have a problem. Turned the air off and the fan continues to blow and doesn’t turn off. The pool and hot tub were not working and the Continental breakfast wasn’t the best, only decent food was the waffles and the juice machine was not working so no juice!!!! You’d think that they would give their customers a break in price!!!! But no!!!

Our air conditioner didn't work the first night. They did get the compressor to run by the second night, but then the fan switch did not work. The laminate floors were separating and unsafe. The pool and hot tub were not working. The breakfast sausage was like tasteless rubber cement.

Disappointed that the swimming pool and the hot tub had both been closed by the health department prior to our arrival and this was not updated on the hotel's description. This is one of the reasons we booked this hotel. We were offered to walk across the street to use another hotel's pool but found it to be an inconvenience with our stay. Location was great. In and out burger in the parking lot. Major restaurants near by. Easy on and off of the hwy. Walgreen's was straight across the street.

Nothing worked. Tv didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, pool and hot tub didn’t work, toilet would get stuck and run, breakfast was terrible. Keys stopped working. The only thing good about it was the beds were not bad. It was super dusty l, hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long time and it had a stinky aroma in the hotel. Disappointed! Guess u get what u pay for. We always stay at this hotel when we visit Layton UT. Its close to everything. It's not the swanky hotel, but its affordable and clean and the staff are friends and helpful. This visit over memorial day weekend I reserved a deluxe room, we like the extra space and couch option. I was told because I dont have an animal, I cant have that room. 1. I always reserve and stay in the deluxe rooms 2. I never bring my dog and still have been able to get the reserved room I asked the gentleman at the desk and he said its a pet friendly room, and since we dont have an animal he needs to give us another room. I was to tired to dispute we just drove from Washington state. I'm a rewards member and been one for awhile. Just was disappointed and the customer service.

5 minutes after checking in police were in the parking lot. I had notify the desk that the back door was open and people were streaming in,( can we say security). Met people in the stairway drunk, and smelling of weed. Poor showing for breakfast and toilet almost overflowed each time you flushed. Staff was nice,building in bad part of town.

There was several people hanging around the lobby that were not guests late into the night... The toilet did not work properly. The tub drained very slower. Water would back up in the tub. For continental breakfast, it would have been nice to have a meat available...like bacon or sausage. Hallway had trash along the walls.
