breakfast not included despite being charged in the booking which says brekfast included, broken doors and their cards don't work to open doors. Probably this place is good for homeless people.

From the moment we got here it was one thing after another. The first room we were assigned to had a distinct and disgusting odor of animal urine and smoke. Exposed wires, door didn’t shut or lock properly, floors had been ripped up with chunks missing, it was abysmal. As I was explaining to the desk agent how unsafe I felt and that we needed a new room, a full on police raid happened in a room just a few doors down. Then we were moved to a room that was not any better. In fact it was worse as the Wi-Fi and cell service were nonexistent in the new room. Which also had a bed with such a deep divot in the middle that it was impossible to sleep. The water pressure is the equivalent of being slowly spit on, the temperature was tepid at best. It was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been in and I travel a lot! Do not believe the photos or reviews. This is a clear bait and switch from a slumlord. It’s unsafe. Uncomfortable. And disgustingly unclean.

Entire staff was rude. The a/c in room was broken, along with bathroom door, tv, and locks on the main door. We asked to be moved and were told there were no other rooms available, but two families came in after us without reservations and were given accommodations. We ended up leaving because the room was unlivable, and they were not willing to give us anything else. We were lied to about who we were talking to, as one man claimed to be the hotel owner, but then we were told nobody there was authorized to issue a refund. I asked why the owner couldn't make that happen, and then we were told he was just a relative of the owners. We were told maintenance wasn't answering the phone to fix the issues but this man, who had already lied about his identity, said he could fix it even though he had already told me he was not a maintenance technician and didn't know what was wrong. I did not trust him to allow him into our room, as it was almost midnight and we just wanted to get to sleep. I have stayed here several times in the past with no issues and had reservations for next weekend as well that I have cancelled. When I told the man claiming the owner that I would be canceling future plans there, he said, "good, we don't want you."

I should have walked out the door when there person in front of me was complaining that their toilet was broken and the receptionest offered to give them a plunger. We had no hot water in the shower. First they did not believe us. Then when they looked themselves they said it would be taken care of. The next morning when nothing had been done, we were told that the receptionist never told the day person. The repair person was coming at 8 am. At 9 am nothing had been done. Since there was no breakfast service, we left very disappointed in our stay. This motel should lose its "Quality Inn".

To begin the service was terrible. They tried to reduce the bed size that i ordered and then put me in a room that the television had no cable. Although it was listed as an amenity. The associates were still in training so there supposedly wasnt a manager on the clock to handle my situation. The associate was abrasive and argumentative about giving any other accommodations. They insisted that i contact Hotels.com, and due to it being the wee hours of the morning i continued my stay and left before checkout.

Room floor was sticky, one pillow had dirt on it. Tv was froze on one Channel. Toilet was clogged for two days and when I called down they told me come get a plunger. After constant complaint they move me to another room. That wasn’t any better.

When I got in the room everything seemed clean. The bathroom was flooded with about 2 inches of water. There was 1 towel to be used. I left and told the front desk. They apologized and said they didn’t have the cleaning people staffed. I left for the day. I come back at night. Nothing was fixed. So I decided I was leaving and finding another hotel. I asked for a refund and the lady said she couldn’t do that.

Customer service was terrible management didn’t wanna work, asking for towels as a problem asking for pillows was a problem. The key kept deactivating the shower tub. Bottom plug was broken. The sink cold hot water was broken. The chair was broken. They didn’t empty the trash or do any cleaning housekeeping while we were there we took the towels out and then they never bought new ones.
