Check in went well. Libby is nice. Rooms are not clean(hair in bed & shower, items on floor & in drawers) and mold covered the furniture in the pool area. Breakfast consistently has options missing and the cook literally yelled at all of us for going to the front desk saying they can’t do anything anyway, so stop going to them! We were refused towels & none were in the pool area, due to there being only 1 staff member on the entire property! Fire alarms went off at 3 AM and we had to evacuate outside. After sitting outside for almost 2 hours, we were told everything was cleared and we could return inside. We had no power at all in our rooms. Within two minutes of returning to our rooms, we were told to evacuate because there was an active fire in our area. THIS WAS VERY CONFUSING AS WE WERE JUST TOLD IT WAS SAFE & SENT INSIDE A BUILDING WITH AN ACTIVE FIRE! Once finally returning to our rooms another hour plus later, i wanted to leave but was too exhausted to drive so I decided to ship breakfast and nap. The hotel manager banged on the door saying housekeeping at 10:58am when check out is 11am & there was no cart in sight! He knew what happened and that all of the guest were sitting outside for hours from 3am and his response was to bang on the guest room doors BEFORE THE OFFICIAL CHECKOUT TIME! He does not care about his guest! Other guest has to change rooms 3x! This isn’t even everything that occurred, but I’m out of characters. I would like a full refund immediately!
