Inexpensive hotel with convenient location
An inexpensive place to stay especially during a football game weekend. Where a lot of hotels are charging over $300 a night, this hotel charged a bit over a $100. It is a little dated, but they are making nice changes slowly it seems. Above all, it is clean...there's no mold or mildew in the shower. If I were the owner, I would change the windows and the carpeting next, but overall I think that they are doing a great job of renovating. The location is also nice - just off the highway and a Starbucks barely half a mile down the road.

Don't bother!
I didnt stay and would never stay!!! There was a hair in the bed, water stains everywhere, the carpet was coming off the floor and the place smelled like old wet dog and mildew. When I asked to get out of my reservation nicely after explaining this to the fd person she said I would still be charged $140 cancel fee and a sorry. This is unacceptable behavior for subpar gross hotels.

Pet friendly is a plus. There were a few housekeeping issues and its by the highway so there is traffic noise. Perfect for a quick overnight stay. Comfy beds!

The room was clean when we got there. We stayed there for 4 nights and house keeping didn't come in once. I am fine with only changing the towels and sheets every 3 days, but they weren't even changed the 4th day. I had to take out the trash myself. When I went to enquire about the lack of house keeping I was told that I was supposed to call the front desk before 9 each morning and request it. I ask how I was to know to do this and they said it was posted in the room. I went back and check my room but couldn't find any such posting. Also the guest Laundry was not very clean. The hotel was very convenient to the places we went hiking.

An average roadside hotel
This is a regular side road hotel, rooms were clean, double beds are really small (certainly not a queen size, probably even smaller than a full size), and if you get one of the rooms that face the parking lot you will get constant Highway noise all night long. Free breakfast was too simple, coffee was basically water.

I wanted to give this pace the benefit of the doubt but it was just bad. A remodeled older hotel that really didn’t meet the mark. You can only do so much by updating the furniture. The towels near the bathroom sink were stained with I don’t know what, but it was obvious they hadn’t been changed since the previous guest. The security bar in the door was broken off. I informed the staff and they did off to move my room, which I declined, but they did not replace the towels. The “breakfast” was pitiful and the dining area is too small for more than 10 guests. For the price I paid I was severely disappointed and I won’t be going back. The selection was limited to sausage and eggs, one small waffle maker and a bunch of rotten bananas. The beds were comfortable thought, which was a good thing. I would not recommend this place if you can avoid it. Paying a little more would have given me a better experience for the weekend!!
