I can't understand the bad reviews; the staff was superb, and breakfast was always with some new Trii food. I felt at home after a short time. I recommend the place for any stay, preferably business. The rooms are spacious with a desk to work. Thanks to the team for having me was an extremely joyful stay!

Convenient location. Good dining options. Needs to be cleaned and sanitized more often especiallythe carpeted areas. Sanititing stations need to be present at high traffic areas.

Not my favorite, booked a room but it was already gone so got 2 double beds I think and it was so uncomfortable. The blinds in the room were also terrible meaning I couldn’t sleep as it got bright super early

I liked the pool area it was beautiful at nights. However the pool bar was not operational which would have made it better and the rotating restaurant on the roof only opens on Sunday for brunch. The hotel has the potential to be great if these things are addressed. It needs some pool side entertainment especially on weekends.

Check in took over 2 hours and I was sent to three different staff members. One of them didnt even say hello and started helping someone else in the middle of when she was supposed to be getting me room keys. She sent me back to the second person who then gave me room keys to a room with two double beds when my reservation (that was confirmed by the first person) was for a King bed. I go back downstairs to inform the staff about the room and one of them then says I have to wait another 20 minutes for another king room to be available. After waiting another 45 mins I finally had a room. Website confirms that check in is guaranteed by 3:00PM and I did not get a room key until almost 4:30PM. When we asked to speak to the manager, the person we asked was very evasive about providing the general managers name or contact information. We had to ask her multiple times and she kept giving his schedule of when he would be in the hotel rather than an email address. When she finally gave the email address she provided an email address without an “@“ sign, again, purposely giving incorrect information. It should not take over two hours to check into the CORRECT room. It also shouldn’t take 3 people to check someone into a room. Ridiculous wait times, horrible customer service, from inattentive staff and poor approach to compensation; they offered a fruit plate and breakfast when the LEAST they could've done was a free night on the reservation or a discounted room rate.
