Messy arrangement and poor service
I spent one night at this hotel with my wife, and unfortunately, it was an unpleasant experience. Upon our arrival, we were assigned a room that was already occupied. When we opened the door, we found another guest inside. We returned to the reception, where the staff provided us with a different room; however, this room was not cleaned and did not match the bed type we had booked. After another visit to the reception, we were finally assigned a room with the double bed we requested, but we found that only one set of pillows, a quilt, and towels were provided. When we informed the staff, they explained that they were out of additional pillows and quilts and would need to retrieve them from another room. We were told to wait for 10 minutes for these items to be delivered, but after an hour with no follow-up from the staff, we had to return to the reception to collect the pillows and quilt ourselves. Ultimately, it took us two hours after our arrival to settle into our room. The hotel appeared to be disorganized and severely understaffed, leaving us very disappointed with the service and hospitality we received. We recommend considering alternative accommodations if you are planning to book this hotel.

Awful hotel. Rooms are incredibly tiny. Shower is super small and we are skinny people. Check in done with computer and couldn’t access our reservation so we had to wait 20 minutes to talk to an actual human. Towels in the room were not changed from the previous guest, still wet and had hair on them. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in

Convenient airport hotel with Steak house beside. (Bring your own vinegar) WiFi excellent, Room small but clean and functional. Roof top terrace. Friendly helpful staff. No ice!! Had to beg some from the steak house.

This a nice motel, but it would be nice if they had a washer and dryer for the convenience. When I travel the clothes get dirty, and need cleaning. When I come from America there is just so many clothes I can take along. There for I need to wash them.

Good but no transport.
Hotel was good for an airport stay. But not having an airport shuttle is a true lack of effort. There is no warning about this on there site or reservation. You can only get a taxi by calling. It will be around $30 to $60 for 5 min drive. Imposible to walk with bags or children since there is no side walk. But still, it's the only hotel near the airport….

Staff on arrival were very rude and was told them we have not slept in two days and she did not even care stating we have to wait until 3pm to check in as the rooms were being cleaned and this was around 1:30 to 2pm. Kept waiting until we asked to speak to manager and then right away manager said we can put you in twin bed without even looking althought we asked for any room available multiple times before. We booked the hotel just to sleep for couple hours as we checked out around 6:30 pm same day.
