Review for Hotel in Playas de Tijuana: The Best Option in Town In Playas de Tijuana, hotel options range from safe and clean to places you’d rather avoid. Thankfully, this property and its staff offer the only real choice for a comfortable stay in this unique part of town. The location is truly “Playas de Tijuana,” with plenty of entertainment nearby and within walking distance of the iconic border wall where massive pillars meet the Pacific Ocean. Perks include free parking and a vibrant atmosphere. However, a downside is the lack of recognition for Expedia VIP status, which could be improved. Overall, it’s the safest and best choice in this area.

In Playas de Tijuana options are very few they go from the safe and clean to risk a need for antibiotics and this property and staff gives you the only true option in this part of town. Being truly playas de Tijuana. With lots of entertainment and you can walk to the famous or infamous border wall and see the big pillars go into the Pacific Ocean. Free parking. Minuses it’s the lack of honoring the Expedia VIP status.

Hotel looked nice, didn't like that the bed sheets had stains and didn't look like they where changed from previous guests. My girlfriend works at a hotel and she said it looked like they just didn't change the sheets and just did the bed before we checked in.

Excellent stay! Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. TV, AC, Bathroom worked well. Hotel Staff, along with waiters and cooks were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Area around the hotel was safe. Plenty restaurants in walking distance to chose from. Beach and Oxxo (convenient store) is at walking distance. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Jatay Hotel. I will definitely recommend staying here. My friends and I will definitely go back and stay here.
