We arrived a little earlier than expected and we were welcomed by our hosts Debbie and Shaun. We were shown to our room which was very clean and well maintained including the shared toilet/shower room. The beds (2 singles) were very comfortable. The room had a tv, fridge, kettle and tea,coffee milk and sugar. Would definitely recommend Sunnyside Hotel as a place to stay in Great Yarmouth. Thank you Debbie and Shaun.

Excellent stay once again
We had a fantastic 6 night stay. We came back a year later because we had such a good stay before. It was just as perfect for us the second time around. The hosts Sean and Debbie are lovely, they make you feel really welcome. The ensuite bedroom is comfortable and clean with a fridge and tea and coffee tray replenished daily when the room is serviced. We were out all day so it was perfect for a good night's sleep. For a small change I highly recommend breakfast, it is excellent. Will definitely stay again!

Had a lovely time, the hotel itself was fine, great breakfast & owner's were spot on, perfect location as in beach & town centre. Very tight roads & seagulls are a threat to paintwork on your car, the area is very colorful, excellent vfm.

Clean hotel, albeit a little tired. Good for a 'roof over your head's for a few nights but not for any longer. Outside looks very tired and in need of new signage.

The people who own are lovely. Didnt like it was very noisy squeeky floor boards people shouting could hear doors shutting people coming in and out once you were parked up you couldnt go out again in your car as they wouldnt be another spot rubbish all on steet old furniture we left early as not for us very upset as it was for our wedding anniversary

The room was cleaned & replenished every day, however the facilities were dated & tired. The shower was particularly problematic, being unpredictable, either scalding hot or freezing. Very difficult to wash hair as poor water pressure.
