Toilet overflow

Overall rental was fine. Toilet backed up twice, not due to use. The flapper in the tank was stuck and ran continuously and eventually overflowed flooding bathroom and bedroom. It happened twice. We cleaned up the second time in the middle of the night.

We loved our apartment in old San Juan. Was the perfect location, the apartment was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved being in the center of old town. We were very close to the square, that being said it was noisy with people partying til 1-2am. With the upcoming San Sebastián festival, workers were setting up stages starting at 6am.

Big apartment, great location but it ends there.

7 hours after we arrived electricity went out. We were miserable without air conditioning. Unable to charge our phones, turn on fans, no television or shower due to no hot water. I noticed day later the electricity came back across st and next door. We were still without electricity. Management stated some buildings take longer power to be restored. I really wanted to like this property but I felt it needed deep clean. Ceiling fans full of dust, and visible yellow stains on comforter. It just made me wonder if comforter had been washed. Location is great but having one set keys for group of 5 was not convenient. I was left stressed on this vacation. Management refused to refund a one night stay.

Family Vacation 2024

This place was cozy, beautiful and very accommodating. Its spacious layout gave my family and I they comfortable and private space w needed. The location is prime being that it was right on the viejo San Juan area close to everything there. The only issue is the parking but you have parking garage within distance you can use so it’s not bad at all.

Loved the views and the easy access to all of beautiful San Juan. Parking was not fun and also would suggest turning Air on more than just a few hours so guest can enter a cool and fresh home not stuffy and HOT

Great location. Great price. The view from the balcony was awesome! Only thing is the air conditioning in the bedroom didnt work well and it was too hot for me and my wife so we stayed in the living room where it was cooler. Highly recommend

I loved the place itself, but you can hear everything outside as if it’s in your apartment. There was a lot of protesting right outside so I definitely felt a little paranoid about the noises but other than that, the place is very nice and in a very good location.

Trying to find the location of this property was very difficult as there was no sign with any address listed over the door. There was a FOR SALE sign next to a wooden door that I finally saw as I was walking up and down Fortaleza trying to find 106. That was the only sign or anything...a very small FOR SALE sign to the left side of the wooden door that listed 106 as being For Sale. The lock box instructions were easy to understand and were sent as instructed. Upon entering the room, it was large and clean. In the bathroom, there was a very persistent leak over the toilet which was annoying while trying to use the facilities. The property was alerted to this and they said they were aware. Be prepared as you will not be able to get a hot, warm, or even room temperature shower. No matter how you adjusted the handle in the shower, it made no difference in the temperature. The property was alerted of this and the response was that basically Old San Juan has an aging water system which makes water temperature inconsistency happen. There was absolutely no way to be able to tolerate a shower to wash my hair as my teeth were chattering. The bathroom sink had warm water though which provided a quick wash off since a tolerable shower wasn't going to happen so prepare yourself after a long day of sightseeing.

communication with this property was absolutely horrible. I had sent a couple msgs asking about how I would receive the keys or how to gain entry prior to arriving. I had no response. I had filled out the registration/confirmation online form, putting my husbands number to send any further communication. Once we got there it was raining and noone answered the office number. The store owner called someone and they had someone come and open the main door. There was another couple waiting also. There are no numbers on the apts, so our party and the couple were confused as to where to go. The Cleaners came after to open the doors to the apts and clean, at this time it was well after 3pm. The place was a mess and they were just started cleaning. The woman I spoke to was quite rude and let me know they had 20 other properties to clean. I was less than amused. The location is quite nice, parking a disaster. Loud cars and music all night. Very busy area, but fun and easy to walk, but driving is a mess. Would never use them again.

The overall experience was simply average. The room was clean and looked good upon entry, but over the few days we noticed inconsistencies. One of the bathrooms had a leak from the roof, causing the entire floor to be wet. We called regarding this issue and about getting a microwave replaced to which we were told would be handled tomorrow, but no one came. Apart from these issues, I recommend staying here because of the area, it’s right in the heart of Old San Juan and allows for exploring and shopping around the area.

Great location to explore Old San Juan. Easy to walk to all the attractions. Lots of restaurants and shops around this area.

Happy with our stay

Great location in the heart of Old San Juan! Apartment was spacious and comfortable. We ended up having to submit the pre-registration form twice to get the check in code, but otherwise a smooth experience. There was a protest out front while we were there which was noisy, but not the property's fault. Would stay again.
