Vi bodde 4 nätter på detta hotell i mars 2025. Vi hade AI och delux rum. Bra service från det vi kom till det vi lämnade. Hotellets höjdpunkter: Fin strand. Utmärkt vinlista som ingår i AI, fräscha rum. 99% av personalen var service minded. Maten var ok. Negativt var signering av kvitto för allt.

A great, good value hotel

We had a wonderful stay at C Mauritius. It’s in such a beautiful location and really has that laid back vibe about it. An extensive all inclusive menu (including drinks), makes it the best value hotel on the east coast. A few little niggles but perhaps this was just because the staff were tired after a long summer season. Wok and Roll is a must! Delicious :)

Exceptional service from staff. We booked a beachfront room, very comfortable bed - the room could have been cleaner, black mould in the shower. Great variety of food - there were a lot of Sparrows flying around the restaurant at breakfast time and sitting on/eating buffet food.

Hotel muito bom! Apesar de ser um resort all inclusive, não é tão grande, o que deixa a experiência muito boa, pelo silêncio, acesso fácil e rápido a praia e todo hotel. Comida muito gostosa, seleção de bebidas muito boa, staff muito cortês e disponível. Recomendo!

We stayed at C Mauritius for 12 nights for our honeymoon, from 15th June 2025. We’d read about the East Coast of Mauritius being particularly windy in Mauritian “winter” but the amazing reviews made it a risk worth taking. And the reviews aren’t wrong! We loved every minute of our stay at C Mauritius Palmar. From the room and terrace (a Prestige suite) and welcome gifts, to the delicious food and drinks, beautiful pools and beach, and most important of all, the friendly and professional service from all staff - it exceeded our expectations! This was our first time in Mauritius and the hotel team made us feel so welcome. They speak English and French (and other languages like Italian), are always happy to help and helped us organise a driver to other parts of the island quickly (thanks Olivier)! We want to thank Jai, Jasmine, Vicky, Abishek, Moon, the chefs and so many others on the service team whose names we didn’t get. Catherine makes incredible eggs and omelettes! Vidhi and colleagues at reception were a pleasure to speak with. Reshma and Mega were wonderful message therapists in the spa ❤️ thanks too to the housekeeping, laundry and gardening teams for doing such a great job every day! We recommend C Mauritius in Palmar to everyone (couples, solo travellers, friend groups or families) looking for a beautiful and organised resort, an excellent and generous all-inclusive, chilled vibes and beautiful Indian Ocean waters 🩵 Merci! Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit zuvorkommenden, freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal. Ein sauberer Privatstrand mit genügend Liegemöglichkeiten und hellblauem Wasser. Schöne Infinity Pools von Palmen umgeben und klarem Blick auf das Meer. Das Buffet (morgens, mittags und abends) ist abwechslungsreich und trifft jeden Geschmack. In der C Bar gibt es jeden Abend eine schöne Unterhaltung (verschiedene Sänger oder Sängerinnen oder DJ‘s)

Points positifs : - La gentillesse et la prévenance de tout le personnel (réception, restaurant, ménage...). - Nous avons eu un surclassement gratuit et un gâteau apporté à la chambre pour mon anniversaire. - La propreté de la chambre et de l'ensemble de l'établissement. - La chambre est très spacieuse et la literie est très confortable. - La variété des plats et des boissons proposés chaque jour au buffet et aux bars. - Beaucoup de bains de soleil disponibles à la plage et à la piscine. - Accès gratuit au spa (jacuzzi extérieur, sauna et hammam) sur réservation. Points négatifs : - Nous avons été déçus par la qualité des vins de la carte all inclusive. - Nous avons réservé 2 massages de 45 minutes qui n'ont duré que 30 minutes et avons dû insister pour qu'ils ne soient pas facturés au prix de massages de 45 minutes. - Les créneaux de réservation du spa ne sont pas toujours respectés ce qui fait que plusieurs personnes peuvent l'utiliser en même temps (alors que nous pensions que le système de réservation permettait de privatiser le spa).

Wonderful stay at C Mauritius. The service at this hotel is unmatched. Definitely the best I’ve received at any hotel. Every single staff member goes out of their way to provide excellent service with a smile and warm greeting. The food was excellent and varied every day from breakfast to dinner. Fantastic vegetarian options . Great fruit selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clean rooms. Beautiful grounds and a beautiful beach. Pedaloe, paddle boarding and kayaking included. The only improvement I could suggest is having at least one freshly squeezed fruit drink option included in all in inclusive or at least at one meal for guests who do not drink alcohol. Special mention to the below staff members who helped make the stay so lovely but there were definitely more but I didn’t get their names ! Thank you! - Queen gave us a fantastic welcome and was helpful throughout stay - Anastasia who always remembered my name - John, driver for south tour - Abhilesh who insisted on getting a special drink made for us as we didn’t drink alcohol - Sunil who was always so kind at dinner - Danny and deeya at the tours desk - Sharah from housekeeping was lovely - Phoebe was always so helpful - Raj was a true gentleman when taking care of our bags
