Last-minute booking due to canceled connection on a flight. Staff was extremely accommodating. Could not have asked for more. Always a big fan of Marriott/Bonvoy. They did not disappoint.

Stayed here several times.
I think this was our 3rd or 4th stay here. Always a good experience. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel is located convenient to everything while being tucked in a quiet corner off the main road. The staff has always been great with a special shout out to Destin who checked us in, covering all the essentials in under 3 minuets.

Not helpful and poor ethics at best
It started when the front desk couldn’t figure out how to get my Bonvoy
Rewards in the System which forced me have to go back after the fact and spend a couple hours on the phone with customer service trying to figure it out, but was the worst of all was my experience at the Food and beverage outlet having been a Former Employee and the food and beverage industry in Miami it seems to be common practice for people to add gratuity to the check however, when I worked that I managed, we would tell the staff that’s imperative that they let the guest know that gratuity is included the first night my associate and I were there there was no word of this
I made sure to look at this, but I noticed that everybody else around me was over tipping. Or actually double tipping because they didn’t know the gratuity was included on the check because nobody ever said anything and there’s nothing written anywhere that was really truly visible to the guest to make them aware of this
This is how it’s worst theft and Its just highly unethical and an awful way to conduct business. It’s because of this I would never stay at that hotel again and I second-guess staying at Marriott ever again
