Lo único bueno es que era como un apartamento. Todo era mal puesto, mal pegado. Toallas viejas, sofás sucios. Alguien movía muebles toda la noche. Muy mala experiencia. El ascensor sin botones… los letreros se iban a caer

Muy recomendable!

Hotel con excelente situación, en el centro de los puntos imprescindibles para visitar en Roma. Habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. Eché de menos una botella de agua diaria (para el precio de la habitación y con el calor que hacía, no me parece mucho pedir), aunque hay un Carrefour al lado. Si tuviese que poner alguna pega lo haría con el servicio de habitaciones: al llegar teníamos unos botecitos de gel (a parte de los dispensadores de la ducha), al día siguiente nos los quitaron, un dia tuve q ir a reclamar unas toallas, otro dia papel higiénico y otro día nos colgaron las toallas del suelo. Repito que es por criticar algo, pero todo ello se soluciona fácilmente. Las chicas de recepción son muy agradables. Es un hotel totalmente recomendable. Si volvemos a Roma, volveria a reservarlo.

Center Rome 2bed 2 bath unit, quiet and spacious

Our stay at the Grand Master Suites was excellent. We had the executive suite which was a 2 bed 2 bath unit. It was spacious with high ceilings and very quiet due to the double pane windows. Alessandra was very helpful and nice throughout our stay, arranging a taxi for us and minding our bags before our room was ready. The location of the apartment is also excellent near the north end of via del corso, easy walking distance to many sights. The one downside we had was a sewer type smell that seemed to eminate from the 2nd bathroom. This did put us off a bit and my wife had trouble sleeping one night. Other than that and overall we had a great stay there finding the host and unit very hospitable.

The location was great. Many shops and restaurants around. 5 minute walk to Spanish steps, 15 minutes to Trevi fountain, less than 30 to colosseum. The apartment was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a kitchen. From the description I thought it was just one room with 2 queen beds so we were pleasantly surprised with that. It also has an elevator (very small but enough for 1 person & 2 suitcases or 2 people) which was great after lugging our suitcases up many stairs at previous stays. I would stay here again if we are back in Rome.

The staff were good at communicating before our arrival. I feel like they tried to make it a good experience but there were some concerns. We could never find staff to help with things. Ie: more toilet paper and towels. There was a sign that said go to floor 4 for help but no one was ever there. We are used to hotels where staff were always available. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work. We came back with left over pizza and put the boxes on the table. After a short while the food and table was infested with ants. We had to use towels to cover the door and the fireplace as they kept coming in. We did share pics with management but they felt it was our fault in leaving food in the room. Non resolution was made for this concern
