地鐵站出口步行1分鐘就1到酒店，免費早餐豐富，房間頗細，但以房價來說已經不錯。 房間的窗有少少滲水。

Upset experience.
The front desk person do not speak English. There were water drop at the lobby. The fish floor hallway had a big hole were covered by a wooden board for their fixing the pipeline underneath the floor. The hallway was totally dark and illuminated by a sensor to turn on the light. The room has smell since it were closed for a long time.

Very bad stay
I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. First, the lift was out of order for two days, which was extremely inconvenient, especially since I was staying on the 4th floor. Despite raising the issue, nothing was done to resolve it, and at check-out, no one even asked how my stay was. Very poor customer service. The real issue came with a housekeeping staff member. Around 10:00 am, as I was opening my door, she approached me and asked if I wanted my room serviced. I politely requested that she return later as I needed time to get ready. She responded very disrespectfully, chewing gum, and said in German (which I understood) that it had to be done now or not at all. I only needed new towels, so I went inside to gather the used ones. Without asking for permission, she entered my room, emptied the bin, and handed me two new towels while I gave her mine. To make matters worse, one of the towels had hair all over it, which is both unhygienic and unacceptable. I left my room around 10:30 am, so there was still plenty of time for housekeeping to return later, but her insistence on cleaning at that moment, paired with her rude attitude, was completely unnecessary. Additionally, my room was located in a very noisy area, making it hard to rest. There was also no hairdryer, which I found strange for a hotel. I won't be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone.

Dieses Hotel ist nur etwas für Leute, die keinen Selbstwert haben, die keine Ansprüche stellen, die es mit sich vereinbaren können, sich schäbig und ignorant behandeln zu lassen. Dass dieses Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist wahrlich positiv formuliert: Die allermeisten Universitäten sind moderner. Hier ist überall Teppichboden, Wände sind holzvertäfelt, im Badezimmer riecht es feucht, trotz Lüften steht die Luft im Zimmer, das Fernsehbild ist extrem grell, selbst habe ich eine Spinne erledigt, Spinnweben vom Duschvorhang gebraust, keine Minibar, kaum warmes Wasser, die Frühstücksauswahl ist auf dem Niveau der 1990er. Der Kaffee war ungenießbar, das Wasser für Tee viel zu kalkhaltig, die Präsentation der Frühstücks wahrlich lieblos. Von Willkommenspräsenten ganz zu schweigen. Unter den Bettdecken konnten wir nicht liegen, diese sind schwer wie Blei, die Matratzen aus Gummi, da schlafe ich selbst im Krankenhaus besser. Als Allergikerin hatte ich es hier extrem schwer, überhaupt Luft zu kriegen. Die Angestellten sind schwerhörig und außerstande, die simpelsten Fragen zu beantworten. Mein Glück war, dass ich mich in der Gegend zuvor schon ein wenig auskannte und mir selbst zu helfen wusste.

Wor waren nur eine Nacht das Bett war sehr bequem. Man konnte gut drin schlafen. Da das hotel am einer Hauptstraße lag konnte man das fenster nicht öffnen. Aber sonst war alles i.o.

Avoid this hotel (you’ve been warned)
This was a horrible experience. The room was dirty, dingy, hot, bug infested, noisy and uncomfortable. I could smell cigarette smoke in my room from people smoking. The bathroom is very small and poorly designed. The breakfast was below average. I was at the hotel for an event nearby and other people also commented on the hotel being a dump. The manager of the hotel is rude and mean spirited.
