Watch out
The hotel was decent, room is very small, but essentially off the beaten path. What angered me is that I feel they use trickery when you see the amenities it says shuttle service to the airport. What they tell you when you get there is it’s only from 7 AM to 5 PM. They are even prepared with a print out already at the front desk, saying look it says this on their website because they know so many people are upset about this and to me it’s a little tricky as you do not see that time restriction when you see the initial amenities,. They tell you it’s $25 if you go outside this time. Are you kidding me. that means if the earliest it leaves is at 7 AM and you have to be to the airport two or three hours prior to your flight especially if it’s international you cannot use it unless your flight is essentially after 10 AM. Go somewhere else. When you dig deep and open up some expanded explanations, you do find it hidden on the website. Of course, when you’re looking at the face sheet, it doesn’t say this. $25, are you kidding me? Add that price to the hotel you’re better off staying at a $200 hotel room that gives you free service.

I was disappointed that my information on the hotel did not specify that the shuttle service after 6 pm would cost $30! Also, to book the shuttle I was to call the hotel in Costa Rica. I had to call about 6 times to get anyone to pick up after the call was connected. Then someone finally took the information but said I would have to confirm on the next day, the day of travel, so I had to call again between planes. That part was extremely unsatisfactory.

Necesita remodelaciones
En general todo estuvo bien, el hotel necesita una remodelacion de sus baños especialmente, los cuales se ven viejos. El desayuno fue muy sencillo, con muy pocas opciones. Lo promocionan con un centro comercial al frente, el cual ya no existe, se convirtio en un hospital y complejo de oficinas.

Had early morning flight and return rental car hotel was located 5 minutes from rental car return location and was able to catch shuttle to airport hotel is conveniently located to various restaurants within walking distance would highly recommend if you have early flight

The hotel is fine for an in and out from the airport. However, on the hotels.com site it says that they offer airport shuttle, and there is no mention of a fee, nor that the shuttle is only available at certain times. This should be rectified.
