Many items in the room are not working properly, message light on the phone kept flashing in the whole night, shower tap was broken, WiFi signal suddenly stopped, a/c not cold enough.
Staff level is not sufficient , I waited for few minutes to let receptionist to answer my call and waited 20 minutes to receive my bath robe after I order it.
But staff seek actively to offer service recovery, one of the receptionist recorded my issues encountered and voluntarily offered me a drink but I rejected as I was in rush. I deeply appreciate their actions.
