Super spot
Rachel on front desk greeted us like long lost family. Helped us getting our bags to our room and was so charming and outgoing. The beds were super comfortable. We would definitely go back again and recommend the hotel to our friends. The hotel should look into a shuttle service for older clientele that don’t want to drive especially at night to restaurants.

“Our recent stay at The Dorchester Hotel in Collingwood was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The hotel is a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, with beautifully appointed rooms that are both spacious and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the décor added a unique charm that made our stay truly memorable. One of the highlights of our trip was dining at the Tremont Café. The ambiance of the restaurant was intimate and inviting, with a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The menu was thoughtfully curated, featuring a variety of dishes that showcased fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite was a delight – from the creative appetizers to the perfectly executed main courses. The service at the café was just as remarkable as the food, with attentive staff who ensured an unforgettable dining experience. We cannot recommend The Dorchester Hotel and the Tremont Café enough. Great stay.
Great location downtown Collingwood. Rooms are nicely decorated and designed. The kitchenette had everything we needed, (note there is not a microwave within the room, but we knew that and were prepared to make some meals on the stove).

There was ZERO sleep had. Extremely noisy with some party of people for multiple hours last night. Doors slamming. I heard by law come and that still didn’t stop the noise. Extremely frustrated with this facility and disappointed.

Such a beautiful hotel! The attention to detail was astounding. Absolutely spotless room, beyond comfortable bed with luxurious bedding and pillows, if I could live there forever I’d be a happy camper! We will definitely be back

This has to be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. They thought of everything for the room. Kitchen full of everything you need. Robes, high quality soap, and more. The decore is legit stunning. Staff were so friendly and caring. I wish I could just live there full time. It’s right downtown and walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. I would 10000 percent this property.

Great hotel, don’t try to check in early
Very cool hotel, great vibe comfort and style. Check in experience was not great, front desk staff was very rigid about 4pm check-in. We arrived at 3 and staff acted irritated by request to check in. They offered no rationale, just quoted hotel policy. Very off putting. Otherwise great experience.
