Since we lived in Venetian for the first night, we feel that it is not good as the Venetian. I probably should not compare these two hotels, but this hotel has not refund my 100 dollar security deposit yet.
Excellent location and room. We had two rooms and it was perfect for the whole family

Fint hotel tæt på The Strip
Vi havde to nætter på hotellet. Værelset er rummeligt og har de ting man skal bruge, også til et længere ophold.
Rengøringen var god og sengen komfortabel.
Hotellet bærer præg af at have et par år på bagen, dog uden at være slidt.
Desværre var personalet i receptionen ikke særligt gode. Vi fik det forkerte værelsesnummer og måtte gå op og ned med al vores bagage for at få det rettet. Ingen spurgte om de kunne hjælpe med bagagen, og alt i alt virkede de ekstremt uengagerede.
Min personlige mening er at personale er noget af det vigtigste ved et hotel, og der fortjener de ikke mere end minimumskarakter.

Hotel front desk staff rude
The resort was a beautiful place to stay, the only issue was the communication with the front desk on small things like check in and towels. They were very rude and was not providing no customer service for the guests being there. They kept referring me to call the number to speak with someone about checking in and asking for things like towels and soap. The number I called they were closed and still didn't receive any additional help. As a guest I did not feel welcome at the resort and this is a matter that should be addressed across the board with the hotel front desk.

very bad management
this is the second place I stayed there lot.. of nice things here but management at at front desk is terribly doesn´t want to respond to wrong things... for ex the wifi of this hotel is so bad and last year they promised to fix it... next year it was just as before nothing had changed, when I asked for management they always where on meeting even at 6pm.... also they advertise 3 swimming pool but only one of open... and the reason... they don´t have staff??? also the bar closed way before the swimming pool because they don´t have staff .. because staff have points and can leave in a middle of the day.... also lifeguards are just kids... in socks and shoes watching the pool but mostly on their phone

Downhill digs
TV did not turn on. Toilet had issues flushing. Mismatched couch cushions, dirty carpet. For the price…this place has gone downhill. Would never recommend this to anyone. Probably a step above the Jockey Club.
