On our arrival we found that there was no hot water in the hotel. We were informed that this would be dealt with however it was resolved three days later on the last day of our stay.
The apartment we were guven was dirty and in a state of disrepair with broken/missing toilet fittings. One of the ensuite bathrooms had a stench which made it unusable. The lift haf standing water on the floor which caused us concern and had dirty hand/finger prints on the walls.
We were eventually moved from the apartment to two double rooms in another part of the hotel which were cleaner however the problems with access to hot water were only resolved at tge end of our stay.
The front desk staff of Adam and Isaac did their best to deal with these issues however there are underlying issues in the running of this hotel
