Drive 7hrs, got to the room to check in and it was a process and the parking was across the street. Got up to my room on 18floor, went inside my room and the tv was limited to channels to watch… Call front desk and they send a guy up. He tried for 30 mins and couldn’t get it. 45 mins later they move me to another room… That room was limited and there was a loud humming noises coming from electronics on night stand.. No clue what it was.. very bad for it to be a resort

AC is a major issue
We stayed in a room with an AC about one foot away from one side of the bed at the same level as the mattress that blew directly on the person trying to sleep. The thing sounded like a jet taking off but the biggest problem was the location of the AC. Your staff was overall pretty pleasant but this person Heaven just didn’t seem able to understand the issue and kept offering to send what she called an engineer. I told her unless they could move the bed or the AC they couldn’t fix it. The vents don’t move so you can’t redirect the air. I think really she just didn’t care but she texted me and asked about our stay. I guess the hotel can maker text but not make her care or troubleshoot appropriately. We eventually used a paper bag to redirect the air. It didn’t solve the temp fluctuations or the noise, but at least stopped the air from blasting my husband all night.
