If you think you are getting a patio/balcony, you are not. And there are rooms without a city view, many face an inner mural courtyard. The rooms are clean and comfy!

Excelente ubicación, mejoras posibles.
El hotel está muy bien, aunque no tan funcional en algunos aspectos (malas ubicaciones de los enchufes, no había agua en la habitación). Las almohadas muy duras.

Hotel caro para lo que ofrecen , dice habitacion para x personas y si llega esa cantidad te.cobran mas, cobran por persona y no.por habitacion. En la habitacion no habian filtros para cafe y los aires muy viejos y ruidosos, las instalaciones son viejas y se nota en las habitaciones

Worst hotel experience ever. Nothing worked. Upon arrival I tried to set up the safe, and it didn't work; when I tried to take a shower, there was no water. The air conditioner, TV, and coffee maker also had problems - either they didn't work or someone had to come and fix them. Although there was a pitcher in the room, it had no water, and there was no water anywhere. When I called the front desk, they told me to come downstairs and they would give me water. When I went downstairs they asked me for a glass so they could give me “some of their water”. Since I didn't have a glass, I had no water, until I was told to call room service. Normally, I am tolerant, but in this case the hotel was just old and run down, and they didn't seem to care. My recommendation is not to stay at this hotel; there are many more hotels in the surrounding area, much better and even cheaper.

I will book again for a longer stay.
It was great. I had a 12 hour layover and picked the perfect hotel. It was my kind of vibe. Rooftop bar restaurant was amazing with beautiful views. Everyone made my short stay wonderful. Thank you. Please let the staff know it was appreciated.
